Private, centrally located cottage nestled in a canyon within walking distance of several of the major hotels in Mission Valley. Conveniently located 1.5 miles from Fashion Valley Mall. 10 Minutes to downtown, Sea World, Beaches, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla and all the entertainment and the world class restaurants San Diego offers. Close to USD, SDSU, and UCSD campuses. Great place to call home base while shopping colleges.
4 separate zones of heating/cooling throughout the home provide a customized climate to your personal preference but with a yearly average of temperature of 73 degrees, you might want to just open the windows.
There is a compact washer and dryer on the premises.
If cooking is your thing, a Fully equipped kitchen awaits. A Vitamix, Food Processor, Kitchen Aide Mixer, Dual-lit toaster and Griddle all await.
Their is a High-Quality King size bed in the upstairs loft with a desk. A High-Quality Queen size bed is on the main floor off the Living Room. In the Living Room you will find a recliner and a King Size Sleeper with a tempur-pedic mattress. All linens are high quality 100% cotton. There is a large screen TV with Netflix and Pandora.
There is ample parking and a large private, well manicured yard with outdoor seating
to watch the hummingbirds and butterflies. If you are going electric, you will appreciate the Tesla Wall Charger. Close to the major interstates, I-8 , 163, I-5 and I-805.

We are 2.5 hours from Palm Springs, LA, DisneyLand and minutes from La Jolla, Del Mar, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, downtown San Diego, the Convention Center and 20 minutes to Tijuana.

Location, Location , Location. San Diego is home to one of the most temperate climates. It is close to the water and is within driving distance of mountains, ski resorts, deserts and hiking.
What makes this property unique
When the automated gate opens, and you enter a beautifully landscaped yard, It's not what you would expect. I love that the house is like a tree house and is secluded yet so central to all San Diego has to offer. Love watching the many species of birds and the private spaces.
