Très bien tenue, au calme. Privilégier hors saison compte tenu de l'importance du nombre d'habitants: passage de 50 000 à 200 000 juillet -août aux Sables, donc difficile de circuler ou d'accès aux plages. mais environnement intéressant et agréable.

Great location, nice stay

The apartment is in a good location, with a lovely view. The swimming pools are excellent. Large balcony is superb. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you might need for a short break. Although the apartment was small there was sleeping space for 2 adults and our 2 children. I do think it would be a squeeze for 5 adults though. We enjoyed our stay. Negative points were the arrangements for collecting the keys were not clear despite us emailing (in French) to specifically ask. The advert states towels and bed linen is included. It is not and we had to pay €7 per set of bedding and €7 per towel set. This would be fine ( and was explained to us that it is usual for the region) if it was known beforehand but we were not prepared for this. Please note a refundable deposit of €400 in cash was required on checking in. We were it prepared for this and had to rush to the cash machine.
