This beautiful home is located on a private mountain across Resort Drive from the huge indoor/outdoor water park. 2 minutes away. 4 minutes to the resort gate. 8 minutes to ski slops.
Two car garage and large driveway for 4 cars.
Peaceful Neighborhood. Platinum Pool Pass to the MPOA owners pool. Guest get in

Early check in and late check out must be approved by owner.
Platinum Guest Pass to owners private MPOA Pool. Free Admission.Owners fitness and Rec. center.$15.00 fee per day per guest.
Largest game room at Massanutten. Brunswick slate pool table, ping pong, foosball, Shadow Turbo air hockey. All game tables are regulation size. Board games. Mini kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Screened in lower deck with wicker furniture and fan off game room .
65 in Smart TVs in Living room, 1 large 55in TV in game room with game systems. Play Station 3/ Wii / Xbox / Xbox 360, Kinect , 200 + games & DVD Movies, Roku. High speed WIFI.
Bedrooms on main level 2 Queen and 1 King. 4th bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle, sleeps 2. 55in TV. Queen sleep sofa in game room. All bedrooms have smart TVs. with Roku Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway.
We Furnish, Luxury Sheets, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Bath towels, Hair dryers, Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Ninja blender, Panini maker, Mixer, Mixing bowls, Storage bowls, Counter top grill, Toaster, Insta Pot Slow cooker, Corning ware, Cook ware. Dinnerware and silver wear for 12. Serving dishes, Roasting Pan, Pizza Pan, Coffee maker and Keurig elite ( K cups not furnished.) 12 Spices. Hand soap, Cleaning supplies. HD Laundry detergent. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

Top deck has a three burner Weber gas grill with tank. Gas provided .

MPOA owners pool pass for June July August, Free admission for our guest.
MPOA pass to Rec. and fitness center ( owners club ) for our guest. $15.00 per person per day.

Pet and Smoke Free Home ! You will lose your security deposit if you bring a animal into our home. Animal Cleaning Fee $300.00

We can not guarantee dates with out a rental agreement and a deposit Person signing rental agreement must be 25 years old. Rental agreement due back with in 7 days from booking to secure your rental dates. Once the balance is paid and the rental agreement is returned , we send you a key code and directions.

Flexible check in if approved by owner on rental agreement.

This home is a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA).governed by it's rules and regulations.
There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live there.Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guest enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quite hours 10:00 PM- 7:00 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time as judged by MPOA or it's assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, Va. 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
NO open fires.
No unattended fires.
No fire pit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Fire pits and grills may be restricted durning local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

PETS Leash always required when outside.
TRASH Is Picked up on Monday Morning by 7am.
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks.
Trash attract wildlife, witch could endanger you and damage property.
Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Drive., Massanutten Va. 22840.

Paula, the owner of the house was very accommodating and prompt with her communication. The house was decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. We were even able to use the garage, which came in handy since the weather was so cold. The kitchen was furnished with nice cookware, small electronics and even had a stocked spice carousel! The basement was an entertainment center for everyone. The family really enjoyed all of the video games and consoles in the bedrooms. We were in Massanutten for a family trip and all family that visited us couldn't stop talking about how nice the house was. We will definitely return and book the same house if available! In addition, the house is in close proximity to the resort area. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from JMU. The home was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all the appliances and cooking ware we needed. Downstairs was ideal for our daughter and her two small children. Of note, with no thermostat downstairs, it was difficult to regulate the tempature and the gas fireplace emitted a gas odor so it was not used.

We absolutely loved this property!!! It is sooo spacious and the game room is awesome. The screened in porch was an amazing space. We sat out there with a glass of wine on a rainy day. This is our 2nd time staying at this home and we had a great time. It is close to everything and has a great game room loaded with things to do. It has a wonderful screened in porch that is really relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the host is great about answering questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Large beautiful house and great location!

My husband and I brought my daughter, son-in-law and 5 kids to Virginia to celebrate our 50th Anniversary The house was beautiful and plenty of bedroom and everything you needed in the kitchen plus more. The game room, multiple tv’s, kept all very busy especially the kids. We will definitely rent again in the future.

The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.
