Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Massanutten Resort! This beautifully 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is ideally located just minutes from all the resort’s top amenities, including skiing, water parks, golf, hiking, and more.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept main floor featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, gleaming oak hardwood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace you can enjoy from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining.

Unwind in the spacious great room with a large TV or head outside to one of the largest decks in the resort—perfect for grilling, dining, and relaxing under the stars. The deck includes ample seating, a picnic table, and a propane griddle (propane provided).

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners
Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check
MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash

The property was spacious and clean. There was an issue with the AC, but once it was communicated to the manager it was addressed and fixed. What was really nice was to have a place to stay for more than 10 people that had proper seating for all. Many times I've stayed at rentals that sleep 10, but lack seating. This place was great. Driveway parking within the resort is problematic, but fortunately they had overflow parking available too. All in all a good place to rent.

This was a beautiful place. I accommodated my whole family of 9, there was even a nice high chair for the baby. It was right in the resort and that is what I liked. The only problem is the parking for 3 cars was a little tight.

We absolutely fell in love with Forest Haven! The property manager made the stay so easy and they accomodated our family of six including our four-legged family member. From the layout of the house, to the location on the resort, to the amenities at the house and even down to the decor and elegant artwork. Forest Haven was perfect! Everything was great!!! The house was clean. Everything worked as it should. Kitchen was stocked. Parking was adequate for 3 to 4 vehicles without parking on the hill or street. No outside trashcans but taking trash to the dumpster is only 5 minutes away so not an inconvenience. Location was good for all amenities at the resort. About 15 minutes to grocery store. The updates to the house were tastefully done. Only improvement would be to have more blankets and a gaming system (xbox, Playstation, etc) in the game room/garage but those arent really needed because the focus while there is on being in the outdoors. Great property and easy access in and out of the home.
