The house benefits from very beautiful terraces with an unobstructed view of the magnificent Palais des Papes and Avignon. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with an adjoining shower room. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
A beautiful living room as well as a small living room and an equipped kitchen are available to guests.
The Saint André district is very quiet in the center allowing access on foot to historic monuments (Chartreuse, Fort Saint André, Abbey Garden ....) as well as restaurants and shops.
Villeneuve is 5 minutes from Avignon by car or bus and 10 minutes from the TGV station.
Villeneuve is very appreciated during the excitement of the famous theater festival, its calm as well as its easy access by bus are ideal, without forgetting that Villeneuve has its own theater festival (Villeneuve en scène).
