Self-catering cottage in Ardeche Verte, 5km from Peaugres

Gîte independent of the main residence on a plot of 2500 m².
Pleasant and quiet. You can enjoy an outdoor closed with garden furniture, relax. You can park your vehicle on site.
An above ground pool is at your disposal. Children can enjoy some amenities for them, cabanas, slide, swing, and large trampoline for young and old.
Opening very soon on Annonay even a large aquatic center.
Possibility to visit the Cheval Factor's Palace.
Near the Safari park of PEAUGRES. We are near Tournon where you can take the Mastrou, former steam train, which makes you visit our Ardèche mountains and small villages. You will have available documentation to guide you.
Annonay includes many inventors, including Marc Seguin, for the locomotive and the suspension bridges, the Montgolfier brothers for the hot-air balloon. Balloon trips are possible on certain dates, you must learn about Montgolfières & Cie. The CANSON paper mills, the first Besset cars, all with their appropriate museum.

L'art des choix

L'hébergement est très bien situé car à proximité de la ville et de la campagne. On peut faire ses courses et faire de magnifiques balades. Le logement est simple, un peu désuet mais pratique et surtout très propre. La propriétaire est très aimable et toujours présente pour un conseil ou un renseignement. Les chiens sont admis et profitent du jardinet, à nous d'être respectueux ! Une adresse à retenir !!!renseignement ou un conseil

Gite très propre très beau jardin avec tout pour les enfants. (Balançoire, trampoline, cabane, table de ping pong...) Piscine très bien entretenue. Propriétaire très gentille et agréable. Gite calme et silencieux donc très reposant. Manque peut être un peu de vaisselle ( plus grand saladier, plus grands verres, cloche a micro ondes) Malheureusement nous avons été "dévorés" par les moustiques tigres malgré les répulsifs que nous avions... Nous avons pu faire le tour du lac de Ternay, aller au montmiandon (table d'orientation proche de la location), le safari de Peaugres que nous recommandons fortement, et nous avons également été faire de l'accrobranche. Très bon séjour.

Vacances familiales dans un nid douillet

Mon frère ma nièce de 9 ans et moi même avons loué pour aller à Peaugres. Proximité de 15 minutes. Annonay ville avec plusieurs commerces, musées, ... Le studio de 30 M2 est très bien équipé machine à laver, cafetière, bouilloire, four hybride micro onde, sèche cheveux. Une chambre 1 lit 2 places, 1 lit 1 place et un canapé convertible 2 places. La clim est un plus pour le mois de juillet.Les extérieurs sont idéales pour la famille : grande piscine hors sol, cabane toboggan, trampoline, balançoires. Très beaux jardins avec plusieurs variétés de fleurs et d'arbres. Terrasse ombragée devant le studio pour se restaurer c'est agréable. Véhicule garé à l'abri sur la propriété. Propriétaire agréable

Très bon séjour

Séjour reposant malgré le temps. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et notre fils a pu faire du trampoline et jouer dans la cabane tout en faisant de la balançoire. Tout y est pour les enfants et leurs parents. Les hôtes sont des personnes charmantes. Nous retourneront avec plaisir mais cette fois avec le soleil :)
