Gite in Ardeche north overlooking the Rhone with heated pool, 3 stars

Cottage in Ardèche, for holidays in the countryside, or weekend, we accueillions all year. Our cottage is a renovated independent part of the farm building dating from 1885. Located in a small village in the Ardèche, it has breathtaking views of the Rhone.
The house is surrounded by vineyards, and fields laid, so it's a quiet, peaceful and natural surroundings on a fenced garden with play area for children. Our cottage has a bedroom, a terrace with garden table and barbecue, a large, communal heated pool and free wifi and unlimited internet via hotspot.
The rentals for your holidays are a week from Sunday to Sunday. Gite for 4-6 persons, rated 3 stars.
With us a cat guard the attic and two dogs the court but all are eager to know to receive in exchange a few hugs.

Super Gite à OZON

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Daniel et Sonia.Deux personnes très agréables et disponibles, elles sont aussi très discrètes.Le gîte est bien équipé et très propre La piscine offre une vue imprenable !!!!!La pergola ombragée nous a permis de prendre les petits déjeuner et repas à l'extérieur. Un espace jeu très sympathique pour les enfants.Notre bouvier bernois a pu profiter de tout l'espace qu'offre la propriété et jouer avec l'adorable ruby le chien des propriétaires. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et reposant c'est le lieu idéal.

Bad trip

Accueil très froid. Pas de verre de bienvenue alors qu'il fait plus de 30° et que nous avons fait 3h de route. Pas de communication au cours du séjour. Nous remarquons que le site est merveilleux, avec sa vue aérienne sur le Rhône. Mais il n'y a strictement rien à Ozon, aucun commerce. Il faut descendre à St Vallier à 8 km pour se ravitailler (nourriture, essence...). Le logement a été rénové mais en dépit du bon sens ! Escalier en bois dangereux pour monter à l'étage: salle de bains et WC et chambre avec une poutre basse au milieu, où l'on se cogne la tête ! Pa s possibilité de petit déjeuner et encore moins de repas (ce n'est pas une chambre d'hôte !) Au départ, on nous réclame des suppléments pour draps, serviettes et... ménage ! Alors que que nous avons rendu l'appartement propre ! Et carte bancaire non acceptée (il a fallu faire 2 x 8 km pour aller retirer des billets au guichet... Bref mesquinerie et front bas. A éviter !

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Daniel und Sonia zu Gast und können nach fast zwei Wochen sagen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden. Die Erholung war von der ersten Minute an schon da. Und das mit zwei Kindern (6,13). Der Ausblick, die Umgebung, das Haus und der Pool sind einfach traumhaft.

Ruhepunkt

Als erstes beeindruckt die Unterkunft mit dem phänomenale Blick über das Tal der Rhone. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und übersichtlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist einerseits geeignet zum Verweilen, mit einer Sitzgarnitur mit Überdachung sowie dem Swimming Pool, andererseits als ruhiger Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, und der Haushund ist sehr umgänglich. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Wenn man einen ruhigen Ferienort sucht, findet man ihn in Ozon. Der Empfang und die Einweisung in das Haus waren freundlich und informativ. Bei Fragen oder eventuellen Problemen standen Sonia und Daniel zur Verfügung. Zum Haushalt gehört eine große, sehr freundliche Hündin, auf den Wiesen ringsum gibt es Esel und Pferde. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es einen Pool mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf das Rhônetal und in weiter Ferne die Alpen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken (Museen, Weinkeller, Märkte), man kann wandern, eine Fahrt mit der Draisine durch das Doux-Tal oder schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen. Direkt vor Ort gibt es ein gutes Lokal und weitere im Tal. Daniel ist Imker und hat uns auch in seinen Betrieb eingeladen. Es war sehr interessant und informativ. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une magnifique vue sur le rhone, un grand calme comme à la campagne, une grande piscine que le propriétaire nous a laissé tout au long de notre séjour, une clim appréciable dans la chambre, emplacement un peut loin des visites "historique" Valence, monthélimar, grignan. location du dimanche au dimanche, qui est à double tranchant, bien pour ceux qui viennent que là et remonte chez eux, moins pour ceux qui repartent sur une autre destination

Nous avons été très très bien accueilli par un charmant couple et une adorable chienne ! La piscine est superbe, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter manque de temps, mais reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. Monsieur étant apiculteur, nous avons découvert son métier qui a vraiment l'air d'une passion et avons succombé, comme les ours, aux différents miel 👍.

Peaceful,tranquil setting with stunning views.

This is a really rural retreat with stunning views. Daniel and Sonia made us very welcome. The cottage was very comfortable with everything that you needed supplied and the use of a beautiful pool. The views from the property were truly amazing.We enjoyed exploring the area and travelling to the beautiful Ardeche gorge. I would also recommend the Velo train as a fun thing to do locally.

Great restaurants, spectacular wine tasting, historic sites nearby - Tournon, Lamastre, Romans, Valence. Very relaxing. Car required. Ardeche is all you have heard. Longer you are there, the better it gets.

Vous cherchez un coin tranquille en relation avec la nature ? eh bien vous avez trouvé ! Lorsque vous arrivez au gite de Sonia et Daniel , tout d'abord votre vue est happée par les méandres de ce Rhône grandiose et majestueux qui s'étend à vos pieds. Vous aimez les animaux ? La chienne et le chat de la maison vous aimeront aussi. Aux alentours des prés où chevaux et ânes vivent en harmonie ,des arbres fruitiers en fleurs parfument l'air pur que vous respirez. Quoi !!! le paradis idéal pour vous ressourcer. Questions pratiques : vous désirez être tranquille ,vous l'êtes .Vous désirez un renseignement ou vous avez un souci , Sonia et Daniel sont à votre disposition . Comment dit-on ? Séjour à la carte !! Des musées, des caves, des marchés, des randonnées, du vélorail du train beaucoup de choses à découvrir et à faire selon vos envies. Le gîte est d'une propreté impeccable, la piscine a été appréciée par mon fils qui sait plonger dans l'eau à 14°( en Avril ne te découvre pas d'un fil )D'ici le mois de Mai elle sera à bonne température. Ah ,j'oubliais Daniel fait du miel ! çà rime et il est sublime! son miel Alors ne vous privez pas. Danielle et Max-Etienne ,séjour du 10/04 au 17/04/2016 Petit + les séjours sont de dimanche à dimanche ainsi très peu de voitures sur la route en période de vacances scolaires

Ruhiges Quartier, phantastischer Fernblick

Insgesamt insbesondere für Paare sehr zu empfehlen. (Bis zu 2 Kinder würden mit im einzigen Schlafzimmer nächtigen.) Aus dem Angebot ging zwar nicht hervor, dass man mit den sehr netten Vermietern Tür an Tür wohnt und dass zu deren Haushalt auch ein großer Hund gehört, aber zum Problem wurde beides nicht. Die Ferienwohnung wies eine sehr ansprechende, gepflegte Ausstattung auf, deren Bereicherung um ein paar leichte Liegestühle aber anzuraten ist. Der Riesen-Pool war bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen natürlich die Sahne auf dem Cappuccino - mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc (Entfernung: 140 km)! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig OK.

Séjour très bénéfique pour nous qui recherchions le calme.Gîte adapté à toutes nos attentes:propreté,confort,tranquilité avec une vue imprenable sur le Rhône.Merci à Daniel et Sonia pour leur disponibilité,leur conseil et leur accueil ainsi qu'à Aurore et Justine avec qui notre fille a entretenu unecomplicité notamment autour de longues baignades dans la piscine.Sans oublier Valki et Fidji avec qui notre chien s'est bien entendu.Quel bonheur d'avoir quitter la grisaille parisienne pour 2 semaines de pur soleil ardéchois!!!

On est arrivé avec l'envie de changer de rythme pendant une semaine. On est revenu chez nous reposés tout en ayant fait plein de choses. C'est simple, facile (le gite est très fonctionnel) et ça fait du bien de découvrir cette jolie région très variée entre la valée et le plateau. On remercie vraiment Sonia et Daniel pour leur disponibilité. Je n'oublierai jamais les levers de soleil formidables.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Gîte très bien équipé, confortable, douillet, calme, très propre, vue super, tout à fait conforme à la description. Les propriétaires, ainsi que leurs filles ( et leurs deux chiens ) sont vraiment accueillants et très gentils. Endroit super pour se ballader à pied quand on tombe en panne de voiture !! Nous recommandons ce gîte aux personnes avec enfants, animaux et qui ont besoin de calme. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le cadre est magnifique, le gîte très bien équipé et très propre. Notre fille de 3 ans a adoré les jeux extérieurs. De nombreux parcours pour le VTT à proximité.

Agréables vacances au gite, très belle région

La région, le gite, les ballages, et visites en tout genre nous ont régalés durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Le gite est bien entretenu, les propriétaires sont hypers sympas et pleins de bons conseils pour nous orienter dans les visites et lieux à voir. Ce gite est très bien pour des vacances de farniante si l'on veut pour son calme. Le restaurant "le poelon" est à essayer avec ses ravioles (un délice). Quant aux visites il n'y a que l'embarras du choix. Pour nous le musée de l'Alambic est une merveille. Pour les amoureux de la bicyclette, là il faut avoir du courage. Enfin pour finir, c'est un endroit à privilégier.

Magnifique vacances !!!

Un gite très propre et agréable où il y a tout le confort nécessaire,même pour un bébé ,tout est pensé . Le paysage est magnifique,une vue superbe,le gite est bien situé pour les visites touristiques. Les enfants ont adoraient la cabane et la piscine Nous avons passez de très bonne vacances et avons déja recommandez ce gite à nos amies. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très sympatiques qui nous ont bien conseillé sur les activités du moment.et nous n'oublions pas valki et fidgee,leurs 2 chiens adorable,qui manquent déja aux enfants merçi à vous pour ces belles vacances.
