Summary:

Elegantly remodeled! 1 bed, 1 bath first floor condo located d-town Telluride. Condo showcases mountain views with dazzling alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are just feet from the front door. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large smart TV and a premium sound system. All new kitchen appliances w/ washer and dryer. The bathroom rivals that of a spa! Pool and hot tub are open for the season 6/1!



The Space:

This condo is one of the only true ski in ski out condos in Telluride. Located just 100 steps from the base of Chair 7 lift. The base of chair 7 turns into a beautiful open field during the summertime. The picturesque San Miguel River and river trail are just a stones throw from the front door. Town Park is a short 15 minute walk for the Summer Music festival goers.



Parking comes with the reservation. Parking is in the Shandoka lot directly in front of the condo. Message me with your make, model and license plate and i will enter your car into the town registry.



The condo is outfitted with Wi-Fi, 55'' 4K Smart TV and a Bose bluetooth soundbar. The Kitchen is well equipped for family's and groups that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Pool is open during the summer months and the large hot tub is open year round with the exclusion of the shoulder seasons.

The whole condo is yours! Guests have access to the pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Clark’s grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Chair 7 is directly out the back door. Siam (Thai) restaurant is just up the block. There Bar is only a block and a half away (favorite cocktails and tapas)



Getting Around:

The galloping goose bus (free) runs right past the condo every ten minutes on the 0’s. The San Miguel river trail is only a half block away for a beautiful walk into town.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the pool is closed from October 1st - Memorial Day. And the hot tub is closed October 1st - Thanksgiving day and for a month in April.



During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle could be towed. Please pay attention to signs posted on front entry door and in the parking lot from HOA letting you know when to move.

Initial check in was great. Upon arrival coffee grounds were left in coffee pot. I thought it was an oversight until we found the towel hanging in bathroom was damp. Then when we went to go to bed we found sheets and the mattress cover both having multiple hairs and fresh stains that soaked through sheet and onto the mattress cover. When asked the owner said static could cause the hair and apologized for stains. We left immediately and received a message owner cancelled and not elligble for refund. Waiting to see if the owner does the right thing and refunds me.

Regarding the items mentioned: • The damp towel was due to a drying cycle that didn’t fully finish, not prior use. • The hairs were from static cling, which can occasionally occur even with freshly laundered linens. • A few housekeeping details were missed, and we sincerely apologize. Our team works hard and is usually very thorough, but occasional oversights can happen. We correct them immediately when notified. We take pride in being highly rated hosts who consistently provide clean, comfortable stays. These isolated issues are not representative of the experience we strive to deliver. The view was breathtaking! The lift was closed had it been open it was literally In the backyard of the property! The reservation and communication with the owner was excellent. All of amenities you could need were provided in the home.

This condo is in the perfect location. The Galloping Goose bus picks up right in front of your door and drops you at the gondola or in town, and it loops every 10-15 minutes.The condo is clean and well appointed. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the sofa bed.Unfortunately our trip was cut short both on the front and back end due to personal issues. This required a great deal of communication with the owner. He was super patient and understanding. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Visiting nephew who moved to Telluride!

Etta Place Too is a perfect location to explore all things Telluride and Mountain Village! Walking to anything is so charming with the river path, or the Galloping Goose (free bus town loop) stops right in front and takes you all over if walking is difficult. The free gondola to Mountain Village is a short picturesque walk as well!! The pool and hot tub were refreshing after walks and hikes!

I am an outdoor enthusiast that fell in love with Telluride and the San Juan Mountains upon my first trip to the region 2009. After my first trip to Telluride i said to myself this is a place that i could call home. During the summer months you can catch me mountain biking and dirt biking the bike park and mountain passes. Come winter months there is no place better to be than on the slopes of the Telluride Ski Resort. Lucky to live in such a beautiful and amazing town.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because it offers everything I look for in a Telluride stay: rare, convenient parking in the Shandoka lot, true ease of access with a first‑floor entrance, and the ability to bring in skis and luggage without any hassle. Chair 7 and the ski pass ticket window are located directly out the back door, making it incredibly convenient for getting on the mountain.

The condo itself is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa, a king bed, and a well‑equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a steam shower, a bathroom light heater, and all the essentials like toiletries and a hair dryer. For getting around town, the Galloping Goose bus stop is right outside the front door. And for relaxing, the 55" Sony smart TV and Bose soundbar make it easy to unwind with great entertainment.

Overall, the combination of location, comfort, and convenience made this property an easy choice.
