Deluxe Unit with Unbeatable Deck Views

This beautiful condo is the perfect spot for your summer or winter getaway! Muscatel Flats #9 has brand-new furnishings and is equipped with all the items to make you feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with has been upgraded with large and small appliances, countertops, lighting, and cabinets. A large flat screen tv featuring streaming channels and cable for your viewing entertainment and a Bluetooth speaker for your listening entertainment is in the living area. There is a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress.

The spacious and bright bathroom features a full shower with a tub to soak your cares away or to relax after a long day of the festival! The bedroom has a brand-new queen bed. The closet has plenty of extra storage space. There is also a little reading nook.

The complex boasts a hot tub that faces the town park and the Telluride River Trail. For those visiting in the winter, it is steps away from the town park Nordic trail and the Galloping Goose free shuttle for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort. It is located one block from Telluride's Main Street. It is also only 3 blocks from the world-famous gondola. This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family of four. Muscatel Flats #9 is located on the 3rd floor.

10/5/20: The new clearance of Muscatel garage and it is 6' 7" from floor to ceiling. Please make sure that no vehicle enters the garage that is higher than this height or that individual will be responsible for any damage caused to the ceiling.​​​​​​​

Great location - quiet yet accessible

Great location close enough to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. The condo was in great shape minus the humidifier that needed a bit of cleaning, but this was replaced very quickly by the management team. Was our first time in Telluride and had an amazing trip. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Walkable to all shops, restaurants, the gondola and some hiking trails. Beautiful view from the patio! We had everything we needed in the condo for basic kitchen needs. Having a designated parking spot is a great perk.

Everything was exactly as described: modern, clean even spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen was appointed with everything you need even a couple of basic pantry items. The view from the living room is amazing and the building is quiet. It’s very easy from the apartment to get to the village center and the gondola. Check-in and out were easy!

Wonderful trip

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had such a wonderful time. The hosts were so thoughtful. We had a personalized sign at the door, peaceful music playing when we arrived, and loads of information on things to do and places to eat locally. The location was ideal with the best views of the mountains. It was nice and quiet, which we really appreciate. The until was spotless and well appointed. My husband grilled for us on the patio one evening and we weren’t lacking for anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location for Skiing & Main Street Telluride

We loved the location of this apartment. The view out to the park was lovely and walking to the chairlift was pretty easy. It was a bit confusing on how to get to the spa and laundry but we soon figured it out! The bed was comfortable and the kids used the pull out couch. Loved being so close to the main street, so many great food options. Would have loved to have been able to experience them more! We frequented Gnarls Tacos - so good! Can't wait to come back to Telluride :-)

Location was awesome but the place really needs renovation it was very dated. No ac so it was really not even with blasting fans from the outside the whole time. Patio is not very private either so we had to have our door open for the fans and lots of people walking through to the staircase just outside.

There were a few appliances tattered, or fixtures half way on and the photos on VRBO are a bit deceiving, making it look nicer than it actually is. But overall it was clean and comfortable. The view is stunning!!

A great stay on the edge of town

This was a great stay for my husband and me and could easily accommodate kids on the rollaway if you have some. I believe it would be an even more excellent summer location as we've gotten spoiled by years of being very close to the lift and not having to carry our skis. Perfectly situated between Colorado and the town park. Easy to have guests over for dinner! Only down side was bbq not working and we had been counting on that. Hopefully that has been fixed for the nexts guests!

Location, location, location

We have stayed in Telluride many times over the past 20 years and this is one of our favorite spots. We loved hanging out on the back deck enjoying the views. This would be a great location for a music festival because of the closeness and direct view of Town Park. We love staying on the east end of town and as close to the river as possible. This property checked all our boxes. I will definitely try to rent this property again when the music festivals come back but I would bet it is high demand at those times. We love Telluride and we loved this property.

View is great, just ok place to stay

We enjoy visiting Telluride every year and have stayed in a number of condos over the years. The location of this condo is very good and there are beautiful views out the windows and from the deck. That said, the deck is not very private and it should be noted that the living room window from the unit next door looks onto the balcony of the unit we stayed in which is a bit weird. The furnishings are so-so and not very comfortable and the cushions on the couch tend to slip off. The blinds in the bedroom do not go up and down very easily. I don’t see us staying here again.

Spectacular view

This condo was so convenient! Loved sitting on the porch having coffee every morning! You can see Bridal Viel Falls from the porch. Unfortunately there was no concert scheduled that week but that would be so awesome to be able to see one right from your porch!
