And Meow Wolf! 25 mins to Boulder! 5 mins to the amazing Majestic View Park and Olde Town Arvada. Close to the Wheat Ridge greenbelt, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, great restaurants and shopping. Good access to skiing and casinos—only 15 minutes to the east entrance to the mountains. Close to neighborhood parks (3 blocks to Majestic View Park). This home is fully stocked and furnished to make your stay perfect! 2 separate TVs (70" and 65" SMART TVs) and 2 family rooms for entertainment, foosball, board games and hanging out with family and friends. Memory foam mattresses on king, queen, full and twin beds. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. High-speed internet. Full kitchen that is stocked to make cooking easy. Seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to end of September). Unwind in the private back yard or under the wonderful, spacious covered patio with Edison lights, seating and outdoor games.

great location

Very central location, perfect size house and space for our group of 8, and everything was very clean and comfortable. When a small maintenance issue came up at the property- the property manager was very prompt and responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great spot: we visited Red rocks, Boulder and Westminster- all very easy. There are lots of stores close by too.

Clean and cozy house

The house was just as described on the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The check in and check out instructions were simple and clear, and the host was also communicative and friendly. We would stay at this property again, highly recommend it!

Pam was a great host! She checked up on us throughout the duration of our stay and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was clean and that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We appreciated that she had baby furniture which made the trip with a one year old just a tad bit easier.

We have stayed at this house many times and the location is perfect. It is next to my brothers house, the property is very comfortable, and the owners bend over backwards to make sure our stay is positive experience!

Loved the house and the thought that was put into it for the purpose of short-term rental. Communication was great. The only thing I would change would be the beds, as they are a bit uncomfortable and small.
