Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Private parking space. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance, painting). Entrance residence on hillside with some steps.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only small dog allowed less than 7kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

Déçu

Un bel appartement très bien placé mais négligé : sale et matériel non vérifié. Des tapis poussiéreux, moisissures dans la douche, frigo et congélateur non nettoyé avec le joint moisi, vaisselle rangée avec résidus de nourriture, meubles de cuisine gras, poussière... L'étendoir à linge était également cassé. L'agence a été très réactive lorsque nous l'avons signalé mais nous avons dû prendre sur notre temps de vacances pour aller en acheter un autre et ensuite passer à l'agence pour nous faire rembourser. Lorsqu'on a une semaine de vacances, on ne souhaite pas pasder son temps à régler ce type de problème ni à faire le ménage non fait par les autres locataires. Dommage car cet appartement a un véritable potentiel.
