Well, with a fully integrated media room you can do just that and more. It features a 7.2 surround sound system for the optimal listening experience. You can enjoy the beauty of the full HD system with your favorite Blu-Ray, DVD, TV channel. The cabin also has Direct TV on a flat screen in each of the bedrooms.

Also the theatre includes a versatile HDMI wall plate so you can bring your game console (or any HDMI device) with you to the property. This doesn't only guarantee that you will have the games YOU like to play, but you get to play them on a brilliant 70" Sharp Aquarius LED TV with a full 7.2 channel surround sound to back it.

The Ponderosa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare and serve a meal for the maximum occupancy of the cabin. Once dinner is complete, there is a dishwasher making for easy clean up and more time to enjoy the rest of the amenities The Ponderosa offers.

Outdoors you'll find a large covered deck with 6-7 person hot tub at one end. In the middle is plenty of outdoor seating. On the other end of the covered deck is an outdoor fireplace. You can have an outdoor fire even during the rain! For the children there is an outdoor playground area just off the covered deck fireplace area.

The Ponderosa offers fun and entertainment for all ages whether you're indoors or outdoors!

Old folks Gettaway

Nice cabin but not older folks handy. Couches nice but too low, potty works but too low for older folks, a couple of beds good for newlyweds with come together whole in center of mattress , but kitchen , pool table, hot tub, and theater room was awesome . Peaceful atmosphere was GREAT.

Bad customer service

The hot tub wich was a big deal, did not work. Before I booked, I asked if the hot tub worked and never got a response. The day we arrived and noticed it didn't work. Checked my email and noticed that ONLY before I arrived they had sent an email saying that it didn't work via maintenance and that they were putting a rush on a peice to fix it but only because I supposedly made a maintenace call about it. That was a lie. I never did that. Then I try to call and nobody answers so I went to the office instead. The 2 employees looked so bored and were doing nothing at all. So why couldn't you answer my calls? I was told I would get a call from the manager wich never happened. Later that night I noticed in the guest book , a complaint in February stated the hot tub didnt work then either, this is March... they new and lied. After that I tried calling numerous times the next day and the next day and never did someone answer the phone. There is no customer service. I would have booked a different cabin.

The cabin met all expectations. Upstairs A/C unit failed on our first night. The on call service guys came out. They were unable to repair, however, installed a window unit which served the purpose for the duration of our stay. The access road to the house is in horrible shape. Glad we all drove our trucks, or we may have damage a car. Desperate need of repair. Overall, we had a great time together!!
