This house has it ALL including a stage, gym, glam room, hot tub, game room, 2 decks, fire pit, and 9 beds! Experience Nashville's only Airbnb with a music venue! Perfect for any type of large group, the entertainment options are endless. Karaoke and guitars provided! The house is on 1 full acre and feels completely secluded but is only 4 miles from Downtown!
The two story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom, a bath, and the gym downstairs. Two decks provide tons of outside space, and there is ample parking. Bedroom layout is a king room, two queen/queen rooms, and a bunk room with two twin/twin adult size bunk beds.
Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.
You will have access to the entire house, hot tub, and 2 decks.
Although we are always available 24/7 for all your needs, we will not be present on the property during your stay.
Uber and Lyft are readily available.
