House facing the sea- a small paradise plunging on the water

The house, at the edge of the water, is part of a private estate, very quiet, with a magnificent view of the harbor of Marseille.
Its area is 50 m2 in a closed garden of 1000 m2. We live there pleasantly to 6 people. There is a bedroom, a large living room with mezzanine, a kitchen and a bathroom ..
"Carry Le Rouet": in the heart of the blue coast, 20 km from Marseille, 30 km from Aix en Provence and 10 km from Martigues.
The house is located 100 meters from a beach. A treat to go swimming while forgetting the car (which can be parked in front of the garden).
The view of the sea is splendid: Friuli Islands, Bay of Marseille.
Whatever the season, all the activities of the sea are accessible while enjoying the sun of Provence and the view of the sea.
