Come stay in this beautiful recent house of 2013 separated into 2 apartments, fully equipped with private garden and fenced 1500 m² + private parking.
Located in the town of Jonzac, just 1km from the thermal baths, this comfortable house will suit your spa stay.
1 hour from Talmont, the first beaches (Meschers), Bordeaux and Royan.
And 1h30 from La Rochelle (Ile de Ré).
It is also close to many shops: commercial area, bakery, pharmacy, bar / tobacco.
Inside this 40m² apartment, you will find:
- A room with a bed 140 and a wardrobe (on reservation, we can provide bed linen and towels extra)
- A living room with a sofa BZ, a flat screen TV with an internet box (included in the package)
- A kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary to cook
- A bathroom / WC with walk-in shower (holding bar). Hair dryer at your disposal
