Beautiful duplex of 42 M2 is offered. in very quiet area. It comprises: 8-10 m2 terrace. with table. chairs and hammocks and a tiny garden. On the ground floor living room with sofa bed of 1.40 m. (2 persons), TV. 32 "plasma TV, equipped with hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, orange juicer, coffee maker, electric oven, blender, toaster and all other equipment (dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, kitchen etc ... ), and outdoor clothesline. Upstairs, bathroom (with bath) and bed room of 1.40 m. with large wardrobe. Bed sheets and towels, even beach towels. The complex has a private pool of adults and children who are only a few meters from the bungalow. Ideal for family with 1 or 2 children, maximum 4 people.

Ruhig und erholsam. Ein Minibarkt vor der Tür, der (fast) Alles hat.

Sehr angenehm. Vieles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strand. Die Angestellten vor Ort sind sehr freundlich.

Eine schöne Zeit mit Sonne und Baden im Februar

Sehr gute Lage, Ruhe, Strand sehr gut, ca 15 min zu Fuß. Duplex Haus, unten Küche mit Waschmaschine, was sehr gut war. Ganze Ausrüstung für Kochen. Oben Schlafzimmer, Bett 150x190cm, genug Decken und Kopfkissen, Bad. Kommunikation mit Conchi war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Ich empfehle es.

die Fewo in Costa Calma ist günstig gelegen, gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und kümmerte sich sehr schnell um Kleinstreparaturen (Lampen, WLAN und Fernsehprogramme). Der Vermietungspreis ist angemessen.

Kleine aber süße Maisonette- leider direkt an der Strasse

Die Wohnung ist klein aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist generell ok - zum Stadtzentrum läuft man zu Fuß ca 5 Minuten. Leider ist die Wohnung mehr oder weniger direkt an der Straße, was es manchmal nachts etwas laut macht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett
