Location, location, location!!
The Mayan Princess is right in the middle of Mustang Island, with Port Aransas a ten-minute drive to the North and North Padre Island just minutes to the South. Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away. Exquisite and Elegant all wrapped into one at this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level condo. Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Travertine flooring throughout. Downstairs offers a spacious open living, dining & kitchen with half bath and stackable washer & dryer. Upstairs is a grand, master bedroom with it's own balcony, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a guest bedroom & bath. Beautiful tiled walk-in showers in both bathrooms.

This two-bedroom condo is located on the third & fourth floor with split level living, overlooking one of the two pools and gulf view. The full kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6. The open living room has ample seating which includes a sleeper sofa and sits by the back glass door which opens to the balcony. The upstairs Master Bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second upstairs bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom and a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms also have TV's and a chest for your beach attire. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly into a hall closet downstairs. Relax and enjoy our coffee and the ocean breeze sitting on the balcony. This unit will comfortably sleep 6 adults.

Amenities include: Public Elevator to each floor outside of unit, TV, Free wireless internet, access to communal BBQ pits and picnic areas near the pool, washer and dryer in each unit, a boardwalk to the beach, 2 large pools, 1 is heated during the winter months, 1 kiddie pool,1 hot tub for those 16 yrs and older, ***sports equipment available for free in the front office***

Fantastic Getaway

This was our first trip to Texas and we had such a wonderful time. This property was perfect. We loved that it wasn't crowded and was just a short drive into town. The property management group was awesome to work with and quick to respond when we needed assistance. We can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend this location to stay at. We had an our entire family staying here. We enjoyed every minute of it. Love this place

Booked this as a substitute for cancelled trip to Daytona Beach due to COVID-19. Not sure Daytona Beach would have been better. Location is perfect for beach. Pools were large, clean and easy to get to. Location is right between Corpus and Port A so not far from either to shop, dine or see the sights. We’re already looking to book again soon.

This property was terrific, everything one could want was already there. The Myan Princess is a very relaxing place to enjoy the beach or pool. Very family oriented, yet quiet. Port Aransas is a small community with a few great restaurants. The only problem is it lacks a good grocery store so bring anything special with you.

Beautiful, clean condo just as pictures portray. Pools and hot tub were clean and relaxing. We used them every day. Pools never felt crowded. Kitchen had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach access was convenient. Between Corpus and Port A so both locations are accessible. Lots to do and GREAT food.

Lovely Place to Stay

The condo is beautifully decorated with Tuscan / Classy Beach / and a bit of Industrial decor. It appeals to both men and women. Beds are comfortable. View is fantastic! The condo has everything you need to make you feel at home. We always love our stay at the Mayan Princess! I definitely think the furnishings in this specific condo are above par to others we have stayed in at the Mayan. We will definitely look to stay in this unit again on our future visits.

We stay at the Mayan Princess 1-2 times a year. The check in process this time was odd. Asked for photos and a pic of driver license, have never been asked that before. Sometimes we arrive early, due to the drive there, and have always been able to check in and hour or so early. Was told this time there would be a 50 charge for one hr early check in, we just waited until 4pm. :( The condo was nice and will equipped. The kitchen was way TOO small for someone who like to cook. The king bed needs to be replaced. We had to up-plug all the Glade smelly plug-ins. We had a freak hell storm the fist day there and totaled the wife's car. Overall the stay was nice, but we have had better.

Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished with amenities. The hot water took a long while to heat up, so a shower at “off” times was warmer. Still not very hot. Nice view. Small bedroom window rattles with wind.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, the management of the property was not adequate. They were in frequent communication with me regarding my ID and rental agreement but were 3 hours late (past check in time) in giving us the door code. And this despite me explicitly asking about the door code earlier that day. Once we finally got the code, they were unapologetic about the delay, which surprised and annoyed us more than anything. This caused a very sour start to our vacation because I had to deal with this situation with my wife who was understandably not happy with the check-in process. Please do better with the check in process in the future.

Nice condo but a few issues

The condo was spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. Great view. The kitchen is a bit small for a family condo, but was well-equipped. The view was great and we loved the property overall. Nice pools, good beach access and a nice cleaning station when returning from the beach. The staff on site were helpful and friendly. Regarding the rental company managing this particular unit, the condo was not throughly cleaned prior to our visit, and communication was poor. We had trouble getting our check-in information on time, despite calling them ahead to find out why we had received no information.
