Ocean view condo located within the Cortez building (703)that sits directly on Sandy Beach and is available in the 4-Diamond Las Palomas Resort in Rocky Point, Mexico (Puerto Penasco). Championship golf, restaurants, fabulous pools, lazy river, children’s pools, poolside service, hot tubs, 24-hour gated security, underground parking…even room service!!

Rates include daily maid service and necessities provided such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, laundry detergent, and blow dryer. WiFI is included. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed.

Master Bedroom: Large master bedroom has flat screen TV with cable and comes equipped with a safe to keep valuables locked, if needed. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile includes a separate walk in shower plus a large soaking tub. Master bedroom has its own sliding door leading to the balcony to overlook the ocean. Blackout curtains in case you would like to sleep in.

Second Bedroom: Queen Sized bed, flat screen TV, closet, and its own bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.

Bunk Beds: Kids bunk area has two twin beds, and a door that closes for privacy.

Laundry Room: There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Ironing board and laundry soap provided.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc) allows you to stay and cook your own meals if you would like. Includes refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops, wood cabinets, and reverse osmosis drinking water system.

Balcony: The extra wide 500 sq ft. balcony is equipped with patio furniture with incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.

Great Room: The great room has a large couch to lounge and watch US channels on a 65" flat screen TV. There are two sliding doors which can be opened to feel the ocean breeze. Extra couch opens up to provide an extra bed, if needed.

Amenities: The courtyard area right below has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
