Charming Provencal farmhouse, in the countryside, near Avignon and Arles

Beautiful and large stone architect house of 300m2, all comfort. Wooded park of 3 hectares, century-old olive trees and maritime pines, large swimming pool (13m). The property is quietly located on the Montagnette massif, paths and hikes start directly from the house. No terraced house. The property is 20 minutes by car from Arles and Avignon. 5 mins away, the small Provençal village of Boulbon. And 5 minutes also in the direction of Tarascon, supermarkets and all shops.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a private bathroom. Designed to be welcoming in any season, it has two lounges: the first, of 50m2, overlooks a flowered patio on the South side, as well as a large covered terrace on the North side, ideal in summer for its freshness and for barbecues in the fireplace; the second, 40m2, opens onto a long outdoor terrace on the south side, ideal for light baths. The kitchen and the adjoining pantry are equipped with a dishwasher (kitchen), a washing machine and a dryer (pantry). The swimming pool, located on the Montagnette side, offers a view in a natural setting.
The decoration of the whole, very neat, creates a very warm atmosphere. The large volumes of the lounges and terraces communicate a feeling of space and comfort. The feeling of calm and harmony also arises from the location of the house on the Montagnette, in a natural environment completely preserved and directly accessible. For walkers, it is possible in 1h30 to reach the Abbey of Frigolet located in the heart of the massif.

We have three little one year old goats, a hen and two cats who all have their up-to-date vaccine and who will stay on the property without you having to take care of it (everything will be planned in advance for this purpose). You can if you want to pet them and enjoy their warm presence!

Quietly located in nature, the house is 5 minutes by car from the small Provencal village of Boulbon, beautifully preserved (Romanesque church, castle, mill) and with all the small local shops (bakery, butcher, newsagent, mini market, pizzeria , pharmacy). Tarascon and its supermarkets are also 5 minutes away.
The park opens onto an olive grove which gives direct access to the footpaths of the massif (possibility, for example, of hiking to join the Abbey of Frigolet, located in the middle of the massif, 1h30 from the house).

It is essential to have a car. Avignon TGV station is less than 20 minutes by car, and Avignon city center 25 minutes.
