HOUSE IDEALLY LOCATED 300 M FROM FOOT OF THE MAGNIFICENT BEACH OF SAND END OF THE GREAT CONCHE. Quarter Park Royan, quiet, this small house with terrace is fully equipped, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs, kitchen living room.
The market and shops are nearby. Possibility to park the car in the street. Well located, you can do everything on foot.
Beach at 300m, walks, bike paths, water sports, sea ride, violin on the sand, fireworks ... Park with games for children at 100m.
Private entrance with digicode, kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, toaster.
Sofa, TV, garden furniture, parasol
Bed 140X190 with new duvet with disposable protection + 2 new pillows (protection provided + disposable pad). The bedding is of good quality and is protected by a cotton pad + a disposable pad.
Linen not provided.

Petite maisonnette très bien située
Parfaite pour une personne ou un couple. La maisonnette est petite, mais charmante, confortable et fonctionnelle. Localisation parfaite, proche du marché et de la plage, dans une ruelle au calme entourée de jolies villas. Je recommande et reviendrai sans doute !!!
