Small cottage located in a valley in the high coasts of Nuits St Georges in the countryside surrounded by forests.
The hamlet of Rolle where the cottages are located is at the highest point of the Côte d'Or at 600 m altitude so that we have a mountain climate. We are in the heart of the Natura 2000 area.
It is a wild countryside with a rich flora and fauna. It is an ideal and quiet place to relax, relax, enjoy the fresh air, and offers many hiking trails. Far from the pollution (noise, lights, waves, particles) of the cities while being 20 minutes from Dijon the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and 20 minutes from Beaune city known worldwide for its vineyards and its Hospices. There is something for everyone. Gastronomy, wines, castles, Hospices, Abbey, architecture, museums, churches, lakes, caves, hiking trails, vineyards, Burgundy canal and its many locks, etc ....
