Beautiful T3 of 44 m2 in a quiet and secure residence on the heights of Issambres, with infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the golf course of St Tropez. This T3, rez of raised garden, consists of a big stay cooks giving on a terrace seen sea, of two rooms (which one with view sea), of two bathrooms and an independent TOILET. The living room offers two additional beds. The residence has two tennis courts and a bowling alley.
Just 30 minutes from St Tropez, 20 minutes from Frejus, less than an hour from Cannes and Bormes les Mimosas, come relax in this great village still preserve the coast.
The exit household is the responsibility of the tenant.

The property is located in a very good and safe location. For grocery shopping you have to drive 15-20mins. You need a car here definitely. Not suitable for people who are over 65 or people with disabilities as there are some steps to climb.

superbe vue

superbe endroits super calme et cette vue magnifique sur le Golf de St Tropez, Marina très réactive en cas de soucis , attention beaucoup d' escalier donc pas adapté pour les PMR la clim serais un plus surtout par les fortes chaleur que nous avons eu (2 ventilateur surplace) la piscine top mais attention chien pas admis même petits 2kg ni nourriture, manque une petite superette avec pain et produits de 1 nécessité ou service de livraison de pains il faut prendre la voiture pour aller en ville 10 minutes

Super appartement avec le calme et la vue

Nous avons séjourné 16 jours dans un chouette appart,superbe vue ,piscine à débordement vue exceptionnel. A 10 minute de la plage en voiture. La proprio à l écoute du locataire. Je recommande vivement.

Je recommande !

Très bonne expérience chez Marina, qui est très disponible et très arrangeante. Le logement est fonctionnel, l'accès à la super piscine (une partie ombragée) est très simple, et la plage est à 5 minutes en voiture. Je reviendrai :)

Prettig verblijf op een prachtige locatie

We hebben het er heel fijn gehad met 3 kinderen ( 6,10 en 13 jaar) mooi zwembad en vriendelijke medegasten. De eigenaresse is erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Marina. La vue est époustouflante ! L'appartement est confortable, bien agencé et reste frais en été ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La piscine est grande, idéale pour nager et on y trouve facilement un transat. La plage est à 5mn en voiture et il est assez facile de s'y garer.
