Guest Cottage's BEACH HAPPY where sunrise moments and watching the waves roll in are the main event. This popular island home has all the space you need for entertaining and relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach! Beautifully decorated, spacious, and fun home and thoughtfully appointed for your enjoyment! 3 bedroom/2.5 Bath home sleeps 8! **Minimum 7 night reservations only.**

The Space:
This 3BR/2.5BA home has an open floor plan, a GAS stove, tile flooring, and all the bells and whistles. MAIN LEVEL owner suite, washer/dryer, 2 car garage. Thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and bags. A short walk to the beach! Toast to your holiday with your welcome bottle of wine, compliments of Guest Cottage.

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on first avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Family vacation

We had a great time here! Perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Great location on Amelia island walkable to the beach and a short drive to everything else in a good “in the middle of it all” location.

This house was great for cooking meals inside and spending quality time with family in the spacious kitchen and living room area. The short walk to to the beach was a big plus. Guest Cottage was great to work with.

Great vacation home close to the beach

Everything was clean and updated. Perfect house for our group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids under 9). The host thought of everything from beach toys to towels to entertainment. It was a great house!

Fantastic Home

Fantastic home and fantastic management. Bonnie was a joy to work with and the home was a dream - super clean and new! Perfect for a family. Thank you doesn't seem enough, but we are very grateful this home is available while we wait on our home to be built.

Definitely a Repeat Property

Having stayed in another VRBO property right next to this one as it was being built I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it listed and available during our time in Fernandina. Very nicely done, house is beautiful. Will be adding to my 1st choice list for the next time around.

Great location

Second time here and love the layout and location. Super easy rental and check-in process. Some of the walls had scuff marks that need to be painted or cleaned. Two things to note: Mattresses are not very comfortable and the blinds in the bedrooms are very sheer so street lights, car lights, sunrise, etc. still come in when trying to sleep.

Wonderful

This is our third year staying in this home. We love it even more every time we stay. Steps away from the beach and within minutes of amazing restaurants. The air wasn’t working well our first night, so I messaged them the next morning and not only got a quick response but she told me that they had already contacted the air conditioning guy and we were next on his list. Great communication and amazing stay!

Easy beachy!

The house was very updated, modern, yet still comfy cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for our culinary endeavors, which were more than normal because of the pandemic. Lots of beach equipment was stored in the garage for our use. The beach access was convenient with just a short walk. Beaches weren't too crowded which was great. My only gripes would be the quirky microwave. 5 Stars!
