Includes shared Comal River access May through September, less than a 3-minute walk from the house. Avoid the crowds at the tube chute and enter the river through this shared access down a pathway and stairs to enter the river. The pathway is approximately 3 ft wide and the stairs down to the river access are narrow, approximately 2 ft wide.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be under 40lbs. Current shot records are required. Please make sure your breed is not on the do not rent to breed list, no smoking, no parties. Residential area of New Braunfels. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
