This fully renovated 100 year old home includes, three King-sized sleep number beds and two twin-sized trundle beds. It includes a fully equipped kitchen that connects to a cozy living room. Off of the living room is a spacious dining room that seats 10. A full sized High Efficiency washer and dryer makes your stay more like home. Relax on the front porch with a cold drink after a fun day on the River. You are also only blocks from Wurstfest and historic downtown

Best location in a quiet neighborhood but everything is walkable. We even walked to Schlitterbahn. The house was clean and well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Love! Love! Love!

We loved everything about our stay!! We loved the central location and being able to walk to various restaurants and the easy access to the river! The house and decor was absolute perfection! We loved the comfortable beds, the three master bedrooms and bathrooms, the rocking chairs on the front porch, the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor table and chairs! We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This home is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our getaway weekend. We couldn't get over how perfect the house was - and it came with everything. From towels to kitchen gadgets to a "junk" drawer with tape - she thought of everything! We can't wait to rent this home for future visits.

Wonderful home, great location and even better host!

The house was perfect, very clean, and well kept and the process was super easy. Parking was amazing!!! The house is in the perfect location for all the activities we wanted and loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the rocking chairs. If you are planning some time in New Braunfels, highly recommend looking into this home and these wonderful hosts! The Nurse Family

Weekend getaway

This was a great location for floating the river. Part of our group stayed in the cabins behind us which was very convenient. We had enough space to have everyone for dinner one night. The only downside of the house is that one bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom and all bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom. It was a little inconvenient. Overall a great place to stay

Best rental yet!!!

This property was just and advertised and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed. Beds were heavenly. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. Plenty of parking for all of us. Really enjoyed the fire pit, with the owners providing firewood and fuel. Great place for entertaining family. Loved learning about the history of the property. Best experience with VRBO yet. Thanks for the memories.

Tubing Tranquility

Review: If you’re reading this review it means you are thinking about booking this property. No need to hesitate any longer. This property is immaculant with all the necessary amenities to host you as if you are at home. The kitchen has cooking utensils, plates glasses, forks etc. The fridge will hold all of your immediate groceries. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Each of the queen bed has a sleep number mattress that you can adjust to your liking. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and the washer is easy to use. So many cute astetics like the brick, the ceiling and decor. And oh, I must add the covered porch with 4 cute rocking chairs and a bench. This property is a 30 second walk from a tubing rental site and entry point so no need to worry about parking if you go tubing. Our group really appreciated the care the owner took in creating comfort for their guest.

Wonderful Stay in New Braunfels

We had a perfect long weekend at the Family Friendly Tubers Paradise! The house was clean, comfortable and close to everything in town. We enjoyed Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, the New Braunfels Train Museum kids day, had a delicious meal at Muck and Fuss and had fun floating the river which was within steps of the house.The parking was great, the beds were all super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the dining room was large enough for all of us to eat comfortably. Veronica was great with communication, we will be back again!

Wonderful!!

The property was wonderful! Very cozy, yet with enough room for everyone. We loved that it had a nice large formal dining room where we shared a great meal together as a family. It was clean, well stocked and well kept. The owner communicated very well. The house had 3 nice bathrooms and plenty of space in the bedrooms for luggage etc. It was a great experience!

Right next to Texas Tubes

We originally picked this listing because of location, it's right next to the entrance down to Texas Tubes. The house was clean, stayed very cool, the king beds were all sleep numbers, and three full bathrooms was a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and extras like sugar, foil, coffee, etc. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch too. Would absolutely rent here again!

Great House

Great house - very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location - less than a minute to walk to Texas Tubes to float the river. Easy walk to restaurants in town. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our grandchildren are the 6th generation of our family in the New Braunfels area. We purchased this house in 2011 and have restored it from the ground up. We tried to keep most of the original feel of the over 100 year old home but with new features as well.

What makes this property unique

2 river outfitters right across the street. The Comal River is a football field away. You can walk to historic downtown New Braunfels. Very short drive to historic Gruene as well.
