This is a rustic 3-bedroom villa in Moraira. It offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea and is ideal for families.

You can go to El Portet beach just 2.5 km away. Here you will find a number of restaurants and outdoor cafes. There is a supermarket just 1.5 km away and the centre of Moraira is 3 km away.

The tasteful, upstairs living room has a comfortable lounge area with doors opening out onto a terrace with a beautiful view over the local surroundings and of the distant ocean. The villa is surrounded by a gorgeous, carefully-maintained garden. Palms of all shapes and sizes are flanked by pine trees, oleander, and bougainvillea in stunning pink and purple shades. In the centre of all of this beauty is a sun terrace with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and an elegant, kidney-shaped private pool. The stone barbecue is ready and waiting for you to use it.

het huis op zich is fantastisch. Da aankomst was minder. we hebben een dagje verloren met alles af te wassen. Potten, pannen, borden, bestek enzo meer. Alles was vies vuil en vettig... Tot schimmel toe. er is ook een tekort hieraan... voor 6 personen is het sprokkelen om genoeg op tafel te kunnen zetten om deftig te kunnen eten. ook het bedlinnen was niet voldoende aanwezig. Op het gelijksvloer hebben ze op moltons moeten slapen aangezien er geen lakens waren. dit vinden wij heel spijtig aangezien er voor dit alles 150€ betaald moet worden. Voor dat bedrag mag dit zeker in orde zijn. Om de conciërge te bereiken is niet altijd vanzelfsprekend, uiteindelijk na enige tijd krijg je wel reactie maar je moet geduld hebben. Dit hoort dan ookwel tot de zuiderse mentaliteit... Mañana, Mañana Na een dagje alles in orde te maken en op te poetsen is het ondanks dat wel een prachtig verblijf en hebben we uiteindelijk ten volle van alles kunnen genieten. mvg

Prachtige villa en alles netjes. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren onwijs vriendelijk. Wat alleen niet klopte was de lengte/ breedtegraad die op de verblijfticket stond en daarom konden we het huis niet vinden. De tomtom en de Google maps kon het juiste adres niet dus tikte we de GPS code . Maar dan kom je uit in een andere wijk. Gelukkig naar heel lang dwaalen kon iemand ons helpen die het huis herkende op de foto's. En die zei dat t ergens anders was en dat we nog 15 minuten moesten rijden. Dat was wel een beetje jammer want na zo'n lange reis bwaren we doodmoe. Maar eenmaal aangekomen om half twee snachts dat verzachte de leed. Wij hebben het heel erg leuk gehad en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als het aan ons ligt komen we graag nog een keer terug. Groetjes Teus en Ada

Prijs kwaliteit niet oke /geen airco!

Als je begint met zoeken en filteren op huizen met airco, is dit een van de huizen die op deze site naar voor komt: het huis is echter niet voorzien van airco! Van buiten ziet het er gied uit, de binnenkant mag best wat aan gedaan worden: geen of kapotte horren voor de vensters. Het huis ruikt muf en vochtig en oogt rommelig: veel gaatjes in muren, er ligt van alles overal iets, veel oude kapotte spullen in de keuken. De bedden zijn oke, maar zonder airco en goede horren heb je daar 's nachts niet veel aan. Prijs kwaliteit niet oke.

Een vakantie waar we veel van hadden verwacht werd uiteindelijk een vakantie vol chagarijn en ergernis. De medewerkster van topic travel heeft ons alsnog proberen te helpen met een noodairco, omdat de beloofde airco er niet was. Het kwaad was echter al geschied door de huisbeheerder die niet vriendelijk was en een boze vrouw die na een zware reis in een snikhete huis zat.
