A Brilliant Place to Stay!

We’ve stayed in Xabia three times and this has been the most favourite villa. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and the position on the hill affords you a cooling breeze. The villa was really well equipped and was better than the photographs showcased. The views were lovely. The outside area was great; big pool, spacious decking area, permanent covered area for shade. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Marco and Celia are thoughtful owners and maintained good contact throughout the booking and our stay. They helped us with a special favour on our last day, which just shows how kind and caring they are! I would highly recommend this villa.

Super experience from start to finish. Marco, the owner, was super responsive and very helpful. At the villa there was everything we would need. Andreas, the villa manager, was on hand if we needed him. We only needed help with the BBQ connection and he was there in minutes to connect us. Marco checked in via text to make sure all was ok during the stay-but we had no issues. It was super. The local tapas bar was simply fantastic. The curry house also a delight- and both walkable. Sadly, didn’t get time for the other walkable restaurants. Maybe next time! Definitely a lovely place to stay. Recommended! Thanks Marco, Celia and Andreas!

A Perfect Mediterranean Escape in Cap de la Nau

My husband and I stayed at this stunning home in Cap de la Nau for a full month, and it exceeded every expectation. Perfectly perched on a quiet hilltop with limited vis-à-vis, it offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean and absolutely mesmerizing sunsets. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and disconnect.The house itself is well maintained and extremely spacious. We were able to invite family to stay in the well-appointed guest rooms, and everyone had their own space to enjoy. The private pool was a highlight — always impeccably clean, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to lounge or swim. We spent most of our trip just lounging by the pool and watching the Mediterranean in the comfort of our temporary home!The location is unbeatable. Playa Granadella, Cala Portixol, and Playa Arenal — three of the most beautiful beaches in the area — are just a short 6 to 10-minute drive away. Each offers something different, from turquoise coves to sandy stretches with great dining. Xàbia is also a fantastic base exploring nearby historic towns and enjoying amazing food.A special thanks to Marco, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He was always available to address any issues quickly, and even watched our dog on long day trips — a thoughtful and generous gesture we deeply appreciated.This home is a true gem on the Costa Blanca. Peaceful, elegant, and ideally located — we can’t wait to return.

Buena vista - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Villa Buena Vista sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in dem geräumigen Anwesen. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl. Zur Begrüßung hatten uns Marco und Celia eine kleine Überraschung vorbereitet. Auf einem kleinen Tablett fanden wir 2 Flaschen Wein, ein paar Snacks und eine liebe Grußkarte. Auch Hausmeister Andreas war stets hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach hervorragend mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Klippen und das Meer von Cap de la Nao und Cumbre de Sol. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Herzen von Javea und die gesamte Umgebung der urbanización mit den gepflegten Häusern ist sehr schön und ruhig. Fußläufig ist der Chiringuito "El Trovador" zu erreichen. Für ein paar Tapas und ein kühles Bier zur Mittagszeit sehr zu empfehlen (die besten croquetas de jamón ibérico weit und breit). An dem großen Pool mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenschutz konnten wir hervorragend entspannen, aber auch aufgrund der Größe und Tiefe sehr gut schwimmen. Die Bucht Granadella ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, aber der Aufstieg zu Fuß doch etwas beschwerlich. Hier bietet sich dann doch eher das Auto oder E-Bike an. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, rustikales Haus mit wunderbaren Terrakotta-Fliesen im Wohnbereich in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben wundervolle 3 Wochen Urlaub in einem an nichts fehlendem Haus verbringen dürfen, alles war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Celia und Marko war sehr herzlich und ehrlich, wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut und Informiert. Können dieses Haus zu 1000 Prozent weiter empfehlen. 11 Tage Erholung, Genuss und ein sehr schönes zu Hause zum Runterkommen und Wiederkommen :)

Zu dritt haben wir eine lange Reise nach Jávea angetreten und wurden nach zwei Tagen Fahrt (eine Zwischenübernachtung) von Marco, der Besitzer der zuvor 3 Monate das Haus renoviert hat. Marco nahm uns sehr freundlich und herzlich in Empfang (seine enorme Hilfsbereitschaft zu jeder Zeit wussten wir sehr zu schätzen). Eine tolle Hausdurchführung zeigte uns, dass die Bilder auf FEWO nicht gestellt waren. Um so mehr freuten wir uns auf die kommenden Tage. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind die Villa bewohnten, haben wir jeden zweiten Tag komplett im Haus verbracht. Uns fehlte es in der Villa an nichts. Im großen Pool konnten wir entspannt viele Runden schwimmen, hatten eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die tolle Aussicht Richtung Granadella lud zum Träumen ein, der Außenbereich hatte gemütliche und moderne Liegestühle, die abendliche Ruhe und der Sonnenuntergang rundeten die Tage ab. Da wir noch gut zu Fuss sind, konnten wir von der Villa aus vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Auch wenn das Haus auf der Spitze des „Berges“ steht, lohnt es sich, Vieles zu Fuss zu erkunden. So bekommt man sehr viel schönes zu Gesicht, was die Umgebung zu bieten hat (das Auto wurde eigentlich nur zum Großeinkauf und zur Besichtigung Jávea’s Zentrum genutzt). Wir sind glücklich, diese Villa gefunden und gewählt zu haben und können uns einen erneuten Urlaub in der Villa Buena Vista in den nächsten Jahren sehr gut vorstellen :-)

Decepcionante

Ha sido una estancia bastante decepcionante. Teníamos muchas expectativas por las fotos y las opiniones, pero la verdad es que la casa nos ha decepcionado bastante. Tiene cosas que están bien, pero para mí ganan las que están mal, por desgracia. Hay un baño para cada habitación y en general están bastante bien, incluyendo uno con bañera de hidromasaje. La cocina es espaciosa, estaba muy limpia y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario con respecto a equipamiento y menaje. La piscina: la temperatura es muy agradable y tiene buenas vistas. Suelo de tarima que evita posibles resbalones y la ducha exterior está muy bien. Aparcamiento: se pueden meter 3 coches sin problema dentro de la parcela. Tiene Wifi y la televisión es muy grande y se puede girar. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas de como parecen en las fotos y tienen armarios viejos y pequeños con olor fuerte, incluyendo algunos de ellos con candados. Las 2 de abajo tienen ventiladores, pero son muy ruidosos. Las mosquiteras en alguna habitación estaban rotas. En ninguna habitación hay mesillas y excepto una de las camas que es bastante moderna y la cocina, el resto del mobiliario y la decoración son bastante viejos y están descuidados. Hay 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado, pero solo funciona un mando, así que hay que subirlo y bajarlo para poder usarlo. La piscina: no hay ninguna parte en la que un niño pequeño haga pie, lo que nos disgustó mucho, ya que mi hija de 9 años no pudo disfrutarla como nos hubiese gustado. En la zona para comer exterior no hay luz, por lo que no se puede usar por la noche. Además las tumbonas y mobiliario exterior estaban bastante sucios y la sombrilla rota. La cocina, aunque es una de las mejores cosas de la casa, tiene hormigas que salen de una esquina y de los enchufes y es muy desagradable. La barbacoa y la zona que la rodea estaba sucia. La televisión: si eres extranjero estás de enhorabuena, porque podrás ver infinidad de canales de toda Europa, pero si eres español, no podrás ver ningún canal de nuestra televisión. Por suerte pudimos conectar la tele a la wifi y pudimos ver Orange TV. Resumiendo: no es la peor casa en la que he estado, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio que hemos pagado por ella, yo no diría que es una estafa, pero si un abuso, la verdad. Vinimos con mucha ilusión y se nos fue de golpe enseguida. Creo que deberían mejorar muchas cosas para no decepcionar dado el precio.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Meerblick und Pool

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Jugendlichenalter und Hund) haben hier 14 Tage unserer Sommerferien verbracht. Begrüßt und auch verabschiedet wurden wir durch Herrn Hannkte, den Hausmeister, der hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Zuerst einmal: Die Villa sieht tatsächlich genauso aus wie auf den Fotos! Wir haben in den letzten Jahren ab und an Pech mit Quartieren gehabt, die wunderschöne Fotos vorweisen konnten, die aber mit der Realität dann überhaupt nicht mithalten konnten, weil sie entweder geschickt aufgenommen oder schon Jahrzehnte alt waren. Dies ist hier nicht der Fall!! Tatsächlich steht die Villa aber in einem Gebiet, dass touristisch sehr stark erschlossen ist. Wer es einsam mag, ist hier fehl am Platz. Der Pool ist groß und schön und wird sehr regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist toll, der Sitzplatz neben dem Pool ist selbst bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung durch das Sonnendach noch gut benutzbar. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und Kochen ist darin tatsächlich möglich, da es an nichts Wichtigem fehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön, alles ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls prima. Besonders schön ist die Whirlpool-Badewanne. Leider war in einem Badezimmer der Duschkopf defekt. Diese Tatsache hat uns allerdings nicht so sehr gestört, da ja noch zwei weitere Duschmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung standen. Glücklicherweise kam häufig abends ein leichter bis mittelstarker Wind auf, so das man bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr gut schlafen konnte. Zum Thema Fenster: Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: Tatsächlich haben alle Räume ein Fenster, welches mit einem Mückengitter ausgestattet ist!! Dies ist leider nicht in jedem Quartier der Fall und tatsächlich sind wir der Meinung, dass es den Urlaubsspaß und die Entspannung vergrößert, wenn man nicht ständig Angst haben muss, "aufgegessen" zu werden. Ach ja, nicht zu vergessen: Sogar das große Fenster am Esstisch hat eine Mückengitterdoppeltür, so das man abends ganz entspannt den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. WICHTIG: Ohne ein Auto kommt man nicht weit! Fußläufig ist nicht wirklich etwas zu erreichen. Sinnvoll für Hundebesitzer: Hundestrände recherchieren! In manchen Orten darf der Hund noch nicht einmal mit an die Promenade, obwohl man dort mehr Hunde trifft als z. B. bei uns zu Hause. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen!
