Detached villa of approximately 180 m² on the Cabo de la Nao, Jávea / Xabia in a charming location. The swimming pool (pool) is only for the house and is not used by anyone else.There is a garden, terraces, garage, parking space. This original artist's villa is located in a fenced plot of approx. 900 m² in a sunny, slightly hilly location. Sea view from the roof terrace. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms for 5 persons, 1 dining room with television, 1 large living room with fireplace, 1 kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer, 2 bathrooms, washing machine. On the ground floor is a large living room (2 beds), bedroom (2 beds), large kitchen, fridge with freezer, 4-ring gas stove, 1 bathroom with tub, shower & toilet, 1 separate toilet. A swimming pool 5 x 10 m, a sunbathing area, sunny and shady terraces and seating.Cleaning and laundry service: The beds are made by a company and washed. Per bed this costs € 18,00 + € 2,00 for towels. The final cleaning by the service company is obligatory. It costs € 140,00 for the whole house. If only 1 floor is used € 70,00.Additional costs: electricity and water over counter. The tenants read the counters at the beginning and end themselves. Gas: The tenants exchange empty gas bottles for full.

Une maison étonnante

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette incroyable maison, grande, calme et bien équipée. Il est facile d'y cuisiner. L'équipement de la cuisine est efficace et permet de préparer facilement des repas même un peu élaborés. La piscine est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et nous y avons passé le plus clair de notre temps ! Le premier étage est très lumineux, surtout le matin, et la chambre fraîche pendant la nuit.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die künstlerischen Details des Hauses heben es von den umherstehenden ab und machen es zu etwas besonderem. Pool und Dachterrasse (mit Blick aufs Meer) erzeugen eine wunderbare Urlaubs-Atmosphäre. Man kommt zu Fuß an eine kleine schöne Bucht an der Steilküste. Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses ermöglicht eine erholsame Zeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren :)

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus in ruhiger, angenehmer Gegend. Vorallem der Pool im Garten sowie der Feigenbaum mit vielen reifen Feigen haben uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Auch gibt es auf dem Dach einen wunderschönen Platz zum Essen mit excellentem Ausblick. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, wenn man möchte kann man auch nach Javea mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren(ca. 10 min).

Für die Gegend typisches Doppelrundhaus mit Flachdach; von dort Blick auf einen kleinen Ausschnitt Meer; ruhige Lage; herrliche Sonnenuntergänge; künstlerisch angebrachte Figuren in Haus und Garten; gut gepflegter Pool; Garten mit alten und wohl riechenden Bäumen; Steilstrände zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar; ein paar Autominuten zum Sandstrand oder anderen tollen Felsstränden. Wir haben den oberen Stock bewohnt (sehr sauber, gute Matratzen, appetitliche Küche); abschließbare Garage; kurzum: ein super angenehmer Urlaub.

Une maison d'artiste mal entretenue....

Commençons par les points positifs: piscine magnifique, grande et entretenue, maison spacieuse et région agréable pour passer des vacances ensoleillées. En ce qui concerne les points négatifs: maison sale et pas du tout entretenue (tout comme le jardin d'ailleurs!), barbecue, bain de soleil, tables et autres équipements de jardin sont dans un état délabrés.... Et j'en passe! Il serait grand temps que le propriétaire s'occupe de son bien pour pouvoir accueillir convenablement ses locataires... Dommage...
