Spacious, modern 35 m² T2 flat for 4 people on the 1st floor of a small building.
Open-plan fitted kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, combined microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The living room has a 140cm sofa bed with Tv.
A first bedroom with a 140cm bed and a second bedroom-cabin with a 130cm bed.
A shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Balcony with gas hob and nearby public car park.
Pets not allowed.
The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

Small building at the bottom of Saint Pierre la Mer in the Exals district, a stone's throw from the beach and port. Residence without lift.
Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale. Large fine sandy beach (5 km long) with Blue Flag status, ideal for children. For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer. Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, along with a night-time craft market.
