Ideal pavilion for couples with two children. Quiet with all the comforts, two air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen, microwave, coffee maker. small terrace for outside dining with table, garden chairs, and electric barbecue. One bedroom for a couple and one bedroom with bunk beds. Possibility of sleeping on a sofa bed. A private parking space. Narbonne Plage on the coast of roses, Family and calm seaside resort. It is a place of relaxation and idleness with beach, fishing, walking and entertainment activities. The wide beach of 5Km gently descends into the sea for the happiness of children. Directly on foot or by mountain bike, you can hike on the Clape massif, a classified natural site. The 'Narbonnaise' is a regional natural park with its scrubland (La Clape) its maquis (massif and Fontfroide abbey) pond of Bages or Pissevaches ...

Bonjour, on ne leur a pas demandé de caution, on ne leur à pas fait payer le ménage et le linge de maison. On a accepté les chiens pas prévu sur l'annonce. On a été obligé de refaire le ménage et de relaver des draps qui avaient des taches. Là je suis grincheux.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ruhige und angenehme 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Durch die 2 Klimaanlagen konnten wir die Temperatur auch bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen gut regeln. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand ist optimal. Die Spaziergänge ins Zentrum (St.Pierre-la-Mer oder Narbonne-Plage) am Strand entlang dauern ca. 10 Minuten. Auch die umgebenden Städte (Narbonne, Beziers usw.) sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft, allerdings auf der Terrasse etwas wenig Privatsphäre. amStrandentlang entlang sind

vous m'avez laissé la maison sale je vous ai envoyé les photos, le saladier était sale aussi, vous m'avez cassé la porte du meuble de la salle de bain, vous m'avez laissé des rouleaux de papier wc vide dans le porte rouleau et vous m'avez cassé le marche pied de l'entrée et en plus vous vous plaigniez, vous n'avez pas voulu me laisser un chèque de caution pour le ménage à votre arrivée la maison était impeccable à votre arrivée.

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter des animations et de la plage tout le long de notre séjour tout en étant dans un endroit calme et reposant lors de notre retour à l’appartement. Les propriétaires sont au top (gentils, à l’écoute et très arrangeants). La boîte à clefs est également un point positif de cet appartement qui est, au passage, très bien équipé. Super séjour!

Très proche de la plage

Bien correspondant à l'annonce, propriétaire sympathique, 400m de la plage, résidence calme dans l'ensemble, un petit bémol pour ceux qui viennent avec enfants réfrigérateur très petit, casiment pas de congélateur. Sinon petite maison avec 2 chambres séparés tout de même, espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée avec canapé lit en plus. Bien dans l'ensemble pour un séjour de une semaine.

La petite maison est très bien équipée : électroménager, climatisation chambres et salon !, jeux, livres, articles de plage... L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureuse et la boîte à clé est idéale pour en partir en avance et éviter les bouchons.

Trés propre, super équipée pour les enfants (jeux, DVD, livres, bouées) et pour les adultes ( parasol, etc). Propriétaire trés agréable et arrangeante. Le seul bémol est la distance à pied des commodités, et aucune animation dans ce coin de Narbonne-Plage.
