We welcome you to our residence Bronco Mar! Newly furnished with updated heated PRIVATE pool! Visit this 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 4600sqft providing room for the entire family! Modern style with an added rustic, desert twist! Experience the best of Arizona centrally located near baseball stadiums, shopping, and more! First floor MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, attached full bath with his and hers robes and double vanity...plus access to the outdoor patio! The upstairs includes 4 guest bedrooms each with a TV (3) with Queen-size beds and (1) with two Twin-size beds and 2 full bathrooms. A recreational loft with POOL TABLE, TV, board games, PS3, and movies. Spacious kitchen fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans includes stainless steel appliances, 3 stools, table for 4, coffee maker, kid-friendly BPA free plates/bowls, and much more! Dining room and extra seating area off from the living room. OUTDOOR POOL heated with plenty of seating, outdoor grill, Pack-N-Play, and pool toys including baby float! Outdoor dining table seats 6. Pool lounge chairs provided (4).

Pool Heat: You can request for the pool to be heated October-March. There is a DAILY charge to heat the pool of $75.00 per day.

House had all the amenities and space we needed, with the exception of a working pool heater. Desi was super responsive on a daily basis as we kept her informed of the heater issue. This included getting technicians there on the Thanksgiving holiday She kindly refunded the pool heater cost as the issue was not resolved during our stay. Great location for us…very close to family and friends we wanted to visit during our stay. We would stay threre again.

The location was great for my visiting family, with enough bedrooms so that each of the 3 grandchildren got their own rooms and the two adult couples did not have to share their bathrooms with them. There were hiking trails very close by. They did not use the pool since my community has heated outdoor pools as well as an indoor lap pool.

Heated Pool - spacious, easy access

House is very easy to find and access in quiet neighborhood. A lot of space in house to spread out. Heated pool, plenty of covered and outside seating, used pool a lot. Communication with host was good.

Excellent home for big families

We rented Bronco Mar for our family stay that included 7 of us. There were just enough beds to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kids especially loved the pool! We all had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

This was a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. It was close to shopping and fun activities. We gathered as a family of 12 for Thanksgiving and a special religious activity. I could not have been happier about our choice of where to stay, or the home we stayed in.

Amazing place to stay!

The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were in Peoria for my son's wedding and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone commented what a great place it was for us. The house was very spacious and the backyard was perfect. Desi was great to work with. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous for the whole family

This was a wonderful house. It is really big and laid out well so it suited our family well. The kitchen is huge and a pleasure to cook in. It is a beautiful house in a really great location. The owner was great to work with and whenever I contacted her she always responded within minutes. Excellent property, I would definitely rent it again.

We had a great stay at this Terramar property! We really loved the location of the house. The neighborhood was great and easy access to a lot fun things to do in the area. The house was great with lots of room for the two families staying at the house. It was great to have a pool and well worth getting it heated in March. Desi was great to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had. I would stay again!

Great Stay

Big spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. In between games the adults and teens enjoyed the backyard. Morning swims were very nice before it got too hot. Desi was very easy to communicate with.
