Station known for its family side, friendly, and its exceptional sunshine! Come spend time with family or friends in this studio 4 people in the wood of Aurouze.

South facing, overlooking the slopes and located on the 6th floor, enjoy the terrace with exceptional views of the peak of Bure and the ski area.
Located high up, and at a distance from the various bars and shops, you will also benefit from the elevator upstairs which will lead you directly to the ground floor to put on your skis and go to the assault of the slopes!

The studio is fully equipped:
- Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and towel dryer
- Equipped kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, cupboards
- a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds separated by a half wall (ideal for children)
- 2 single sofa beds, to meet for a bed 2 people.
- 1 table and 4 seats (2chaises + 2 stools)
- 1 flat screen TV with integrated TNT + free Wifi in the building
- Pillows, blankets
- Equipment for cleaning the apartment

All businesses are located in the first floors of the residence, no need to bundle up or go out to eat or shop.
Gym, Spa with sauna steam room, games room, cinema, night bars, typical restaurants, discotheques, and food shops or souvenirs, sports accessories, clothing, crossroads, bakeries everything is there!


Outside, free parking and now sheltered for some but also the possibility of parking your car in covered parking and closed paying.

Your coming on the station:
Train: Devoluy veynes station, with 20 minutes to the station by shuttle or taxi
Car: 35min from Gap / 2H from Marseille & Aix / 2H30 from Lyon / 3h from Montpellier

Your reservation :
Deposit required, torn after inventory of the apartment done (if no damage)
Full payment before delivery of the keys.
In case of cancellation, 50% of the amount is kept as a deposit and will be non-refundable.
Rental under contract, inventory of entry & exit.
Garbage cans must be emptied, dishes made and stored, and basic cleaning done.
