Location à améliorer

C'est une location qui est très située. Heureusement car cela rattrape une location qui pourrait largement être améliorée! Les peintures sont médiocres, les meubles sont dépareillés, la cuisines pourrait être mise un peu au goût du jour et le salon est non fonctionnel. Non avons été dérangé par la chaudière qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et par les voisins du dessus que nous entendions énormément (absence d'isolation phonique complète)! Bref, le prix de cette location est bien trop élevée. Nous nous réconfortons sur la situation géographique de cette location.

Sehr schöne Bucht

Sehr einfache Wohnung, nicht mehr ganz taufrisch aber insgesamt dem Preis angemessen. Die Lage direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht ist der große Pluspunkt. Von der rückwärtigen Terrasse hat man leider keinen Blick aber dafür den ganzen Tag Sonne.

très bonne impression ( décoration épurée et de bon goût, équipement bien pensé, très propre, bonne literie) ; malheureusement, le rez-de-chaussée ne permet pas de voir la plage ; un film brouillant la visibilité de la fenêtre de la salle-de-bain serait appréciable.
