To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

Superb environment, in the mythical Château de Trestraou, overlooking the bay and the fine white sandy beach of Trestraou. Casino, cinemas, restaurants, mini-golf along the beach at 200m walking distance. Departure from Trestraou for the path of customs officers (pink granite chaos, Ploumanac'h "favorite village of the French") and stars of the 7 islands.

Un bel appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Apparemment propre et bien rénové, spacieux pour deux personnes. Une vue magnifique sur la mer proche de toute commodités. Seul bémol, pour aller chercher les clés, il faut faire la queue à l'agence immobilière qui est dans une autre ville proche de perros. Pas simple quand on est à pied. Et puis un peu de bruit le soir ,plusieurs restaurants vers la résidence. Sinon c'était parfait.
