1 equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, with 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, and a glass roof overlooking the living room -
1 living/dining room, sitting area with sofa, TV -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 basin, hairdryer and WC -
On the first floor (mezzanine):
1 attic room with double bed in 160cm for 2 people with duvet -
New equipment and bedding. WIFI. TV. Washing machine. Hi-fi channel. Electric heating. Parking space in front of the house. Garden furniture and barbecue - Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 2 people. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (1 small dog accepted less 7kg), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks in August (other periods: week).

Remarkably located at the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because set back from the main street that runs along the port. An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants nearby.

close to harbour - quiet place - quite nice

nice house with reasonable holiday equipment. except bedlinen which we rented - it was single use bedlinen … we did not that much appreciate. super nice pergola - wonderful wind protection on sunny evenings. cleanliness of bathroom could have been odourwise improved

La petite maison rêvée

J’ai adoré séjourner dans cette petite maison délicieusement décorée et aménagée. On s’y sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Calme garanti. Toute proche du port de Perros Guirec, de quoi boire un verre ou se faire un petit resto juste à côté. Je recommande vivement !

Petite maison idéalement située

Belle petite maison très bien située avec un beau petit jardin. Seuls bémols pas de WC à l étage et chambre en sous pente très prononcée. Dans l ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Une jolie location bien située et bien agencéee

Location située à proximité du port de Perros Guirec, avec un petit terrain et grande terrasse semi couverte, à l'abri du vent, nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo et avons pu manger chaque midi sur la terrasse. A l'intérieur c'est très coquet, il ne manque rien, la literie est nickel . En résumé, très satisfait s, nous y reviendrons.

Un environnement au top et une jolie maison

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison dotée de bonnes prestations, d'une jolie terrasse et d'un agréable jardin dans un environnement. Nous avons aimé la proximité avec les commerces nous reviendrons.

Prima huisje voor 2

Het huisje is precies zoals in de beschrijving staat. Mooie materialen, goede, sfeervolle verlichting en een fijne overkapping om te zitten. Ook de tuin is goed onderhouden. De sleutel moet een dorpje verderop worden opgehaald bij een makelaarskantoor. Dat gaf best wel wat wachttijd. Ook bij de terugreis moet je wachten tot ze komen controleren. Goed gelegen in de haven op loopafstand van restaurants, cafés en de bakker.
