Family house, stone and completely renovated, with its garden. Located 1.5 km from the exit of Anduze, this old house has been renovated in respect of old stones to offer a quality and modular layout. It has a large garden, shared with a private speech therapy practice in a separate building, and is easily accessible.
It is a large house consisting of two independent parts, with a luminous central staircase distributing three elements:
Left on the ground floor, "the house of Auguste" planned for 2-3 people, and may be suitable for specific situations or people with disabilities: parking space, access ramp, traffic and passage dimensions, hall water standards, fitted kitchen specially fitted. The room has a large bed (160x200) and an extra bed near the bathroom can suit a companion. The glass doors give access to the terrace and the garden.
Above, the "Chambre du haut" for 2 people offers a large bed (160x200) with drawers and a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the right, the large cottage "chez Paul et Jeanne" can accommodate 6 people: on the ground floor a living room consists of a living room and a dining area with fully equipped kitchen and family table for 6 to 8 people. Two glazed doors open onto the terrace and the garden. An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is 1 bedroom furnished with a large bed, 1 other with two twin beds, and above the attic furnished with 2 twin beds with a reading corner. The bathroom is next to the two main bedrooms, and the toilet is separate.
Outside an independent room shared with a small water point allows different uses, but parties are not allowed.
The rooms and the living room are air-conditioned, the kitchens are equipped, there are places to park, a flower garden, greenery, near Anduze: 3-4 minutes by car, 20-25 minutes on foot for the bravest taking the shortcuts ...
Rivers and promenades are not far away, and the surrounding area offers many attractions and sightseeing, cultural and entertaining within a radius of 50 km. Nearby the Bambouseraie, the Desert Museum, Trabuc caves, tree climbing parks. Further Nîmes, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, the beaches ... The Gard extends from the Mediterranean Sea to the middle mountain, from the Camargue to the Cevennes. Historical heritage is rich and nature present, Anduze is located inside the Cévennes National Park which also extends to Lozère and Ardèche.
