Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage. Dafür eine tolle Terrasse auf der man frühstücken konnte. Alles sehr grün. Tolles Ambiente. Es gab sogar kostenfrei Fahrräder. Das war uns nicht klar, sonst hätten wir Helme für die Kinder mitgenommen. Aber toll, weil man so morgens die Bäckerei anfahren konnte, ohne das Auto zu bewegen. Parkplatz an der Straße, aber direkt vor der Tür. Gastgeber unglaublich nett.

Les prestations proposées ne sont clairement pas en phases avec le prix demandé pour la location, mobilier bas gamme, un seul transat, pas de coin ombragé pour le déjeuner du midi et aucun parasol fourni, un canapé 3 places pour un logement prévu pour 6 personnes, une décoration austère.Attention lors de l’utilisation de l’eau dans la salle de bain car le sens pour alimenter l’eau chaude est inversé avec l’eau froide…..Il m’est difficile de recommander ce logement bien que nous ayons passé de très belles vacances du fait de l’emplacement proche de la plage (5 minutes de vélos qui sont à disposition) et du centre ville d’arcachon.

Magnifique séjour

L'emplacement de la maison est parfait. Quartier très calme et proche de la plage qui est magnifique. On peut absoluement tout faire à pied. Les hôtes sont bienveillants et très discret. Super Erholung in ruhigem Wohngebiet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, bei mir gehört da immer ein schönes Bad dazu ;-) Wir hatten unsere "eigenen" Haustiere dort, die uns am ersten Tag schon begrüßt haben und immer an unserer Seite waren sobald wir in die Ferienwohnung kamen, zwei süße Schmusetiger. Die Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Frühstück) gut ausgestattet. Gerard hat sogar seinen Parkplatz für uns auf dem Hof freigegeben, damit wir nicht auf der Straße stehen müssen. Wir hatten für den gesamtem Aufenthalt Räder gemietet, Arcachon ist sehr fahrradfreundlich und wir hatten dadurch kurze Wege zu verschiedenen Stränden bis hin zu der Dune du Pilat. Wenn die Gartenmöbel noch Polster gehabt hätten, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Super appartement à Arcachon

L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. La terrasse est très appréciable. La situation est idéale puisque à proximité de la plage, accessible à pied au Mouleau(restaurants bars ) , et pour ceux qui assistent à un mariage la salle la plus connue Le Tir au Vol est accessible également à pied. Je recommande ce bien.

En cette période de difficulté sanitaire les mairies ont pris la décision de ne pas interdire les chantiers pendant la période estivale, désolé que cela est impacté vos vacances. Le coin est habituellement très calme. J’espère que le logement vous a plu tout de même.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Toutefois la déco est minimaliste et des détails sont négligés : toilette qui fuit, robinetterie montée à l'inverse de l'eau froide et chaude. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble car l'appartement est vraiment au calme.
