Very beautiful house of 180 m2 located in a beautiful private estate in a quiet area. The house has 4 bedrooms, a large games room with real football table, a kitchen, a lounge-dining room, a pool, a petanque and a ping pong table. There is a large garden planted with olive trees, pines, lemon trees, lavender, ... and a beautiful view.
There are two parking spaces under shelters.
The house has several very pleasant terraces where you can have lunch. It is located 15 minutes drive from the city center and 20 minutes from the sea. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk.
