This rental was in the perfect spot for downtown access. We loved the area even more because our daughter and fiancé lives across the parking lot. Our whole trip was to spend time with them both and we were able to being so close. We loved the apartment and enjoyed relaxing with the quietness of the neighborhood. We will definitely hope to book again when we get to visit again.

The host was extremely helpful with a reservation snafu. Great communication. Easy check-in. Perfect location. Very walkable. Unit was clean except: the couch was awful — stained all over, saggy, not super comfortable, needs to be replaced; towels were clean but bleach stained; carpet is tired; magazines from 2021; just needs a bit of attention and refresh.

Our main issue was that the listing said that it sleeps 6 people and there are only 2 beds and a couch (that does not pull out). Also, the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with cooling the place. It did not cool down until comfortable enough to sleep until about 2am. The location and parking was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen provided just about everything one would need to cook. Elevator to the apt was very convenient, and a trolley is provided for moving luggage. Proximity to the hub of the downtown area is excellent, allowing for a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and stores. Garage parking was nice.

We enjoyed the location and the balcony and the bed is quite comfortable but the pillows are VERY thick and firm. I would think they are not suitable for over 50% of folks and hope you would try 2 types of pillows to accommodate folks that need thinner or less firm types of pillows. Still say this property is worth it for the price but believe they could replace carpeting with flooring that doesn’t get dirty and can be cleaned and sanitized. Not a fan of the carpet.
