My husband and I stayed at this property and it was fantastic. Walkable to downtown, NDSU, bike path along the river. The property was clean, comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The check in and out process was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the host was great! Will definitely stay again.

Positives - clean overalldecently priceGood communication from host. Negatives -First floor of an apartment and top floor was noisy at 1 AM. No amenities (bottled water, coffee, snack etc).Condition had some issues. Flooring gaps, bathroom caulk. Easy stuff to fix but not fixed.Had a bit of an odor, but not awful. Bed was basic. Not overly comfortable. For the price, it was fine. It wouldn’t take much effort to improve the experience for guests. Glad I was solo and not with the wife. I likely wont stay again and will choose another option.

This was a perfect place for me and my son to stay when I came up to watch his first college football game. I had my own room and he had his own room for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Super clean and a great location. The host responded to a couple questions I had immediately. We will stay here again when I come and visit him
