The apartment is in a 10-unit apartment building 2 blocks from NDSU. It's a quiet neighborhood with a mix of single-family housing and apartment buildings. NDSU is within walking distance and it's just a quick drive (or 20-30 minute walk) to Downtown Fargo!

Great Space

We stayed for NDSU graduation and so much better than a hotel room. The apartment was just as pictured - space to move, clean, good beds, stocked kitchen, etc. It had everything we needed! Manager is very responsive.to email.

Great Location

This is an older property but it was clean and everything was as advertised. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside. Location is great if you are working on campus as it is just a block away! Would definitely stay here again!

We were in Fargo for Graduation at NDSU. The appointment was within walking distance of University. The kitchen was well stocked with implements needed. Beds comfortable. It was clean and accessible. Will definitely stay again.

Overall Good Stay

Great location and clean apartment. But fans didn't work and it was consistently hot in the home. I had to grab the AC unit from a different area and carry it as it was not ready for use already. Check in process was okay but the lockbox was difficult to open, my card was charged an extra 70 with no explanation from host. Host also didn't answer or return calls.

Make up your mind ;)

Noah was amazing to work with. First, I had to change the number of people we had coming, then change the dates. He made this a very easy transition. When we got to the property, there was an issue, and he reponded right away and actually upgraded us to a different house very quickly. He actually checked in with us later to make sure we found the new location and make sure everything was ok with the new place.

Misleading Posting

We did not get the room we saw in the pictures online. The apartment was in bad shape. Curtain rods nearly falling off the wall. No AC in either bedrooms. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. Bedroom curtains were see through offering no privacy. Neighborhood was awful. Someone was screaming outside at 2am. There is a large cleaning fee and then a long list of items the renter wants you to do before leaving. Beds were comfortable, sheets were awful. I had to text and wait for the code to the key box. Information was not sent before hand even though they requested an arrival time. Will not stay here again and do not recommend.

This property is pretty rough for the very high price that I paid. It is very convenient to the Fargodome and the campus, but be prepared for a VERY basic stay. There are no AC units in the bedrooms, so you have to sleep with your doors open to get any cool air and on 100 degree summer days the back bedroom gets down to 80 degrees at best. There is also mold in the shower and on the curtain. There is no light above the bathroom sink. There are stains on the couch and padded chairs in the living room area space and the kitchen chairs provided are like the ones from my grjadmother’s home in the 1970’s and are sticky, dirty, and rickety. There was no soap provided to do dishes. There were only two sets of dishes for an 2 bedroom unit. The ceiling fan in the back bedroom is falling out of the ceiling and could not be used due to the way it dramatically swings from the ceiling when it’s turned on. The screens were popped out of the windows so you couldn’t open your windows without letting bugs in. My biggest concern were the disintegrating front cement stairs into the unit. I was with 78 and 79 year old parents who easily could have fallen and injured themselves going in and out of the unit. The beds were comfortable even though the bedroom was hot. The towels provided are very old and thin. My final comment is “it’s a place to stay” and actually better than most of the run down hotels that are also incredibly overpriced in the area.
