Beautiful Property
We stayed at this property in February 2024. We were staying there with our friends and their grown adult children. The property is beautiful. The house is also beautiful and accommodating. When we got there, the Property Manager was supposed to meet us there to show us around and give us information and keys. She was in Honolulu when I text her so we had to wait a while for her to arrive. We didn't get much of a tour so to speak, just given the keys and explained a few things. The bedrooms were great. The bed my husband & I were in had a hard mattress which wasn't good for him, but worked out ok for me. We had to share a downstairs bathroom, but it worked out ok. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to a local grocery store which worked out well. The hot tub was really nice and so was the pool, but the week was a little chilly so we didn't use the pool much. We saw whales in the morning from the deck. We had binoculars so we were able to see them up close. That was really AWESOME! The only problem we had was with the lady who came to feed the cats. We locked the door for security, and she didn't have a pass code. She totally lost it but we were able to contact the property Manager and the owner and all worked out well. We really had a great time. The host is wonderful and was very responsive. He gave us a great list of places to eat and visit and they were all really great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Family Vacation
Our family of 6 loved staying at this beautiful property! The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking most dinners during our 10 day stay in the large and well equipped kitchen. The yard, hot tub and pool area were beautiful and felt like a private resort. If this place is available we will definitely look to book again.

Peaceful, private, gorgeous estate! What a find!
From the moment of booking Kerry made us feel welcome by quickly responding to my questions, through message or phone call, and providing a wonderful local contact (Kimberly) to meet and greet us and answer any concerns during our stay. All were very personable. This is a one acre private gated property with mature landscaping boasting of fruit trees and a variety of flowering foliage. I enjoyed walking the grounds and admiring. The pool, covered cabana and jacuzzi did not disappoint and the lazy king size gazebo provided my Hale Hubby with the shade he needed. The mature and majestic palm trees around the pool area provided shady spots as well as relaxing and entertaining acoustics as the trade winds blew through. It was a wonderful private oasis. The house was thoughtfully designed with intricate woodwork trim and amazing works of art even of the owner himself! So cool! The open concept provides amazing ocean views all the way to Ka' Ena Point and gorgeous sunsets. The lack of AC was not needed! The tradewinds were perfect and provided relaxing acoustics to remind you that you're away from the city! The Master has it's own sitting loft w/TV and the private entrance studio suite downstairs was well appointed. I'd stay there in a heartbeat! We spent as much time as possible on the deck watching the sunset that North shore is known for. We remained comfortable and dry with views of Waimea Bay and Ka' Ena point even during the magnificent downpours. The two feral cats kept us company for brief visits but are easily shoo'd away. They took care of any small critters. Just keep the screens closed and do not feed. Two adorable tiny piglets scurried along the fence line daily but feared us more. So fun experiencing that country life! We walked from the home to the sacred Pu'u O Mahuka Heiau ruins. There are other hikes further up the hill as well. Sharks Cove, Foodland, multiple food trucks are all so close. We enjoyed Haleiwa Joe's in town. SO GOOD! As Kerry advises, be sure to call ahead to restaurants to make sure they are open. Don't rely on websites for hours/days. The trusted available network of supportive neighbors made us feel very safe while we enjoyed the peaceful privacy of the property. This location was perfect for us because we prefer NS over all the places we've stayed at over the years and was pivotal to our excursions at Turtle Bay, Pearl Harbor and Haleiwa. We MUST GO BACK! Aloha Kerry, Molly and Kimberly!!

North Shore dreamhouse
The property is amazing, with views of the ocean from the long balcony porch and your own little orchard with limes, oranges, avocados...And a big pool (that’s perfectly chill) and a warm hot tub that fits at least 6. Everything here is a little quirky and lived-in, which is exactly what we prefer over the generic atmosphere of a resort. It just feels like the place of a family friend who’s invited you to stay for a week while they’re away. Very comfortable, very easy, perfectly located up on the cliff in Pupukea with Foodland just a few minutes away and the beaches so close for watching the surfers (in the winter, at least) We’ll definitely be back.
