A newly-built wellbeing area on the ground floor of the chalet offers exclusive facilities to the tenants such as sauna, rest room, shower and toilet which are included in the price. The large south facing balconies of the chalet in Les Menuires, Alps, France offer stunning views of the glacier of Val Thorens and the massif la Masse opposite. Surface area : about 72 m².
