Newer rental - beautiful home, high up in the La Quinta Cove near hiking and walking paths, with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from the large private gated backyard on a double lot. Views of the pool and mountains from the living room, master, and kitchen. All bedrooms have mountain views as well. Great star viewing at night.

Our home has an open floor plan that is bright, relaxing, and welcoming. You will enjoy your stay here.

Our home has been completely remodeled. Everything is new including the furniture, a new AC & Heater, pool, hardscape & pool equipment, a new kitchen with new appliances, new beds, and new bathrooms. There is porcelain tile throughout the home.

Our home is a five-minute drive to Old Town La Quinta with lovely restaurants and shops.

Drive time to other locations from our home:

10-15 minute drive to Hwy 111 for all shopping & restaurants
11-minute drive to the SilverRock Resort Golf Course
15-20 minute drive to the Coachella Festival Grounds & Polo Club
14 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens
25 minute drive to the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino
35 minute drive to Palm Springs
50-minute drive to the Cabazon Desert Outlets or to Joshua Tree National Park.

• Make sure that the garage door is shut, the light is “off” in the garage. • Close the drapes on the sliders. • Don’t leave things charging, like the outdoor speaker, Eufy vacuum, etc.
• Please make sure all the doors and sliders are locked. • Make sure the front door is closed and locked when leaving. • Please turn off all ceiling fans, and other fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. The city of La Quinta will fine $1,000 or more if called out for excessive noise or problems. Deposit will be used & addl. fees applied.
During your stay, please take care of the house as if it was your own property. No smoking allowed.
Pool/Spa heating runs on propane gas. There is an additional charge for heating the pool and spa.

Comfortable home in a great location. Amazing pool and hot tub that my kids thoroughly enjoyed! Plenty of pool towels, flotations, lounge chairs, umbrellas to make outdoor experience very enjoyable.Owners do a great job furnishing the home. We really enjoyed the house which was very nicely decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The furniture was new and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning hikes at the Cove, just 2 blocks away. Very convenient to the Old La Quinta town with charming shops and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the aerial tram at sunset, the Indian Palms Canyon for hiking, Joshua Tree National Park, and the Zoo. The hot tub/spa was perfect after a long day of activities. Melanie was very helpful and we will definitely will be back!

Fantastic place in LaQuinta Cove

The property was totally as advertised. Very clean and well equipped for all of our needs(a family of six adults). The neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet and amazing mountain views surround the pool area. Pool and hot tub are well maintained with comfortable seating including a cabana. All beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. Overall everything is very well maintained. Melanie was easy to communicate with and very attentive. We will most definitely want to stay again!

Oasis in LaQuinta

This was our second stay at Casa K and both experiences here have been exceptional. The property is well maintained and if any issue arises it is dealt with quickly. Location is excellent for getting away but also being close enough to anything you might need without having to go very far. Hiking trails in the early morning, pool mid morning, cabana mid afternoon, then back to the pool and of course the evening hot tub soak. Beds and linens are very comfortable allowing rejuvenation so you can get up and do it all again the next day. This place will definitely stay on our list for another visit.

Desert perfection!

We absolutely loved our time at this wonderful La Quinta home! It was VERY clean and had everything we needed and more (including pool floats, pool towels, and umbrellas). The outdoor space was dreamy and where we spent most of our time. The house is very near the surrounding mountains and the morning/evening light was absolutely beautiful. We didn't want to leave! Walking distance to hiking/walking trails was an awesome plus. Town is close and proximity to Joshua Tree NP was great. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful throughout the entire experience. 5 enthusiastic stars!

Perfect Getaway

Not one negative thing to say about our 9 day stay at Casa K. Property is in a great out of the way location. Big corner lot with a great pool and spa plus plenty of room for lounging after pool time fun. The afternoon shade over the pool was perfect for this time of year. The home interior is just as presented. Lovely decor very spacious and accommodating for a few or many. The hiking trails nearby are perfect for every comfort level from wide sidewalk area to flat trails and up to mountains. We saw lots of the area wildlife and flora. All was amazing! This will definitely be a place to visit again and the perfect place to stay. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any question or request. All things combined made for a perfect vacation.

Grandparents down to 2 year old had a great time. Quiet location as corner house, exceptionally clean, stocked with great towels and pool floats, beautiful pool and outdoor lounge area, close to hiking trails and short drive to the village. Second time we have stayed here and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect!

Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, this was the best! Not the biggest or the fanciest but the cleanest and most well-maintained and well-stocked house for anything we needed. Melanie, our host, was quick to respond and our check in and out was a breeze. The extensive brick patio around the pool and the portable mister was an extra bonus for our wheelchair-bound guest. The location, high in the La Quinta cove was only 2 blocks from beautiful desert trails and a mile from Old Town La Quinta. We hope to come back and stay longer next time!

Gem of a home!

Melanie was very communicative before, during and after our wonderful stay at the house! It was perfect for our little family. The house was well tended, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It was a very nice getaway, home away from home, during COVID.
