In the peace of a pretty neat residence with swimming pool, in a landscaped park luxurious residence. Studio of 30 m2 equipped for 4 persons, on the 2nd and last floor opening on a terrace of 13 m2 full sea view and side view on mountain. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven and microwave, hob.
Bathroom with WC. Air conditioner. WiFI, TV.
New beds:
Convertible sofa 160/190, a 90/190 bed and a Clic Clac 107/193 armchair
10 minutes walk from the beach.
Close to amenities (bakery, food, bus).
At 1Km300 from the train station and 1 KM600 from the old heart Antibes and Port.
Equipped for four people with, in bed: Sofa rapido 160/190, bed 90/190, Clic Clac armchair 107/193.
Private garage in the basement.
