Beautiful apartment in villa less than 200 meters from Mondello beach renowned for its golden sand and crystal clear sea.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed and a third single bed, plus a sofa bed for a total of 6 beds; there are also two bathrooms, one with shower (recently renovated) and one with bathtub, kitchen, closet, large terrace and internal balcony, laundry area, garden with elegant marble table for 8 people and sofa area.
The house is furnished and equipped with everything, finished in the smallest details.
Equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, TV, washing machine and wi fi internet connection throughout the apartment.
The house is close to major places of interest such as pubs, discos, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and mini golf.
In the nearby beach of Mondello, it is possible to make excursions of various types, windsurfing, diving, and numerous other activities.
Boat trips are organized in the splendid Gulf of Mondello with lunch on board for a minimum of 6 people.

Great place close to the beach. Ideal for family with children.mondello is a small town close to palermo, very good place to eat fresh fish. We went in oktober and it was quiet and pleasent .... can imagen on summer it is very crowded on mondello beach.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in Mondello und wir waren zumindest von unserer Ferienwohnung begeistert. Der Wohnbereich ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir hatten sogar Sandspielzeug für unsere Tochter, Sonnenschirme für den Strand und große Regenschirme. Die Küche bietet auch alles um gut kochen zu können. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich. Der Vater hat viele Stunden auf uns gewartet, weil wir mehrere Stunden auf unseren Mietwagen warten mussten und es Stau gab. Der Checkout war unkompliziert. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Leider war der Strand von Mondello mit Plastikmüll übersät. Wir haben uns gefragt wann die Google Bilder des Strandes aufgenommen wurden oder die unseres Reiseführers. Wir waren nicht einmal man Strand. Die Ferienwohnung ist aber in jedem Fall trotzdem eine Empfehlung. Palermo ist nicht weit weg und mit Mietwagen ist man flexibel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe reichlich.

Es war eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung im 1.OG eines zweistöckigen Hauses. Super Lage, sehr nah zum Strand. Saubere Wohnung, nur der Balkon war vermutlich längere Zeit nicht geputzt. Extrakosten für die Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Etwas zu hoher Preis für die angebotene Leistung.

Fantastica. 10 giorni indimenticabili ad un soffio dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di Mondello.

La casa è posizionata a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, tra l'altro in pochi minuti in auto si arriva all'autostrada. Per una vacanza in famiglia e per chi volesse fare delle escursioni a Palermo città o nelle vicine località non avrei dubbi nel consigliarla. La cortesia, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari non hanno eguali. Complimenti.

Appartement bien situé au charme désuet. ..

Belle terrasse, proche de la mer, mais le ménage n'était pas parfait ( vitres et cabine de douche sales, accessoires de cuisine pas nets...) et surtout le lit pour bébé était tellement ancien et sentait la moisissure... On nous a facturé les draps alors qu'ils étaient inclus, c'est petit...

Buonasera Catherine. Mi dispiace leggere la sua recensione dopo che mi aveva detto che era andato tutto bene. Per il lettino del bambino mi dispiace, ma le avevamo messo anche a disposizione anche gli altri letti presenti in casa qualora fossero stati di suo maggiore gradimento. Ogni volta che un ospite va via, facciamo pulire la casa nei minimi dettagli, dai vetri ai singoli utensili della cucina. Per questo mi rammarico se ha trovato qualcosa di sporco. se fossi stata avvertita, le avrei inviato una persona delle pulizie per consentirle un soggiorno più piacevole. Per quanto riguarda il costo della fornitura lenzuola e asciugamani, è un opzione a un costo davvero irrisorio che diamo ai nostri ospiti specificato nell annuncio. Sperando di averla un futuro nuovamente ospite per farle cambiare idea, le auguro buona serata

Beautiful very tasteful decorated appartment. Very clean. Big terrasse. 200 meters to the beach.

We stayed for seven days in Aug 2017. Alessandra and her dad are very nice people and we could reach them via whattsapp whenever we had a question. Alessandra was very helpful in arranging an appointment with a dentist since I had a problem with my tooth. She really saved my holiday. We enjoyed the nearby beach and the restaurants and travelled to Palermo by bus for 1, 50€. The only thing a little disturbing was the heat (even for sicilian circumstances it was extremely hot) but that certainly was not the host's fault :) all in all great and uncomplicated place to spend your holidays at!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer großen und schönen Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Sandstrand

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand. Sie ist sehr groß und überaus sauber. Die mobiliare, informationstechnische und vor allem künstlerische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollkommen. Beide Balkone und die Fenster der Zimmer bieten freie Sicht auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und stets per WhatsApp erreichbar. Der sich in der Nähe der Wohnung befindliche Supermarkt hat einschließlich frischen Obstes ein großes Angebot zu Discountpreisen. Am schönen Strand gibt es Gaststätten, Bars, Kioske, Verkaufsstände und Verleihe. Ein Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegestühle kosten pro Tag 6 €. Das ist ein fairer Preis. Palermo anzuschauen ist ein absolutes Muss. Für Besuche der altehrwürdigen Metropole fahren Linienbusse im 10 Minuten-Takt von zwei Haltestellen in Wohnungsnähe . Eine Fahrt kostet 1,40 €. Der städtische Baustil, das Teatro Politeama, das Teatro Massimo, Kathedralen, Museen und Parks sind sehenswert. Wer nicht gehen will oder kann, setzt sich in eine der zahlreichen motorisierten oder von Pferden gezogenen Droschken und geniest das Ambiente ganz entspannt. Für Modebewusste gibt es eine Vielzahl von Designerboutiquen. Restaurants und Straßencafés laden zum Verweilen ein. Zu empfehlen ist weiterhin ein Busausflug auf den Monte Pellegrino (600 m), der sowohl von Mondello als auch von Palermo sehr gut anzuschauen ist. Wir empfehlen diese Immobilie gern weiter! Alles ist perfekt!

Siamo stati in vacanza in questa bellissima casa al mare zona tranquillissima arredata ottimamente con ogni genere di comfort in più una splendida terrazza proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili al 100x100 per qualsiasi cosa vicinissimi a fermata degli autobus e supermercati e ristoranti insomma siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è molto spaziosa e bella, ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una perfetta vacanza (tv, aria condizionata, lavatrice ecc.), ha un ampio terrazzo dove poter mangiare, il giardino, e' vicina alla spiaggia, silenziosa e con un ottima vista! Grazie al proprietario super disponibile che ci accolti veramente bene e ci ha indiacato i posti da visitare e i ristoranti da provare! Mondello fantastica

Vacanza di una settimana a mondello x 4 adulti.la villetta scelta rispecchia ciò che viene descritto dai proprietari x altro persone molto gentili.pulita accogliente ben arredata con tutti i comfort.in 4 siamo stati benissimo ognuno con i propri spazi utilizzando al massimo la terrazza piu grande.la vicinanza al mare e a tutti i negozi e realmente di 150/250 m al massimo.x una settimana ci siamo dimenticati l uso dell auto.Ogni persona conosciuta dai negozianti bagnini ecc e stata carina e ci ha fatto star bene.le spiagge libere lasciano molto a desiderare x la pulizia,mentre la soluzione degli stabilimenti con ingresso a 4€ dove poter portare le proprie cose ed utilizzare un piccolo deposito,docce e servizio salvataggio e l ideale! X nn parlare delle prelibatezze siciliane vendute anche in spiaggia,sia x un pranzo veloce sul mare che come ristoranti al giusto prezzo!!esperienza da ripetere sicuramente! Vacanza meravigliosa

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza! La casa è spaziosa e confortevole, inoltre la terrazza esterna permette di mangiare all'esterno. Ideale per famiglie con bambini perché vicina al mare e ai negozi. Inoltre il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile.
