Close to Lyon in the Monts d'Or

Private property of 150 m2 located 15 minutes from downtown Lyon. You can thus access all the pleasures that the city offers (museum of the confluences, district of the red cross, park of the head of gold and its free zoo, its small "Lyonnais corks" ...) and to rest in a green and calm. By going on foot or by bike from the house, you can indeed access many ballads and, for the more athletic, climb to Mont Cindre or Mont Thou which offer a magnificent view of the city.
The house, very nice, consists of a large main room with open kitchen, dining room and living room, 4 bedrooms located on 2 floors (2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 children's rooms with single bed), 2 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath) and 2 toilets.
The garden is ideal for relaxing with its large trees, terraces, heated pool and trampoline.

Very nice house, surroundings are in spite of the road very quiet. Very nice house to visit Lyon. Claire and Olivier are very friendly and we hope they keep on renting their house when going on holiday.

A Perfect Stay

We had the most wonderful stay! The house is stunning and we had everything we could wish for. The pool was gorgeous and the beautiful large garden with football net and trampoline was perfect for our young children. The games room is fabulous too with table tennis and a piano. The property is gorgeous and has been designed and decorated to a very high standard with such attention to detail. It was a real joy to stay. Olivier and Claire were the perfect hosts, greeting us with a very warm welcome and providing us with great recommendations for lovely restaurants in the area. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will remember our holiday with real fondness.

Fantastisch huis! Prachtige omgeving. Heel netjes.Zwembad was heerlijk. Olivier en Claire waren ontzettend vriendelijk en lieten met trots hun huis zien. Communicatie was ook heel duidelijk. Wij geven ons verblijf een 10!Omgeving is ook werkelijk prachtig.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 11 Tage in diesem Tollen Haus! Voll ausgestattet und mit einer wunderbaren Poolanlage blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter Claire und Oliver ließ den Urlaub direkt entspannt beginnen! Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Maison très agréable avec beaucoup de prestations. Idéale pour une famille. Il y avait même un piano droit, ce qui permis à ma fille d'en jouer . Environnement très calme et très propice au repos.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison qui est extrêmement bien entretenue, très grande et très propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Un excellent séjour avec nos enfants de 8 et 12 ans dans cette maison à la décoration soignée ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, la piscine est parfaite, idéalement située aux portes de Lyon. Les propriétaires Claire et Olivier sont adorables et très disponibles.

Heerlijk verblijf

De omschrijving op de website komt helemaal overeen met het huis. We hebben niets te klagen gehad; de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, de badkamers waren netjes, ook de bedden in de slaapkamers waren fijn. Het zwembad is groot, diep en verwarmd. Echt perfect voor het lekkere weer dat we hadden. Wat ook een voordeel is, is dat het huis vlakbij de snelweg ligt en vanuit Nederland gezien je niet door het drukke Lyon hoeft. Binnen een een half uur kun in Lyon zijn, waar je naar hartelust kunt winkelen. Ook het contact met Olivier en Claire ging heel soepel, hele aardige mensen. Al met al hebben we een goede vakantie gehad hier.

Zeer aangenaam

Zeer leuke 70s woning met mooi en aangenaam zwembad en tuin. Ruim en praktisch ingedeeld. We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad.
