Independent chalet with garden and pool access near St Pourçain

Located in the heart of the St Pourçain sur Sioule vineyards, this rental is ideally situated for exploring our beautiful region. This detached chalet features a terrace and a semi-enclosed garden (1800m²) planted with cherry and walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while adults relax in hammocks.

Ground floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen, fireplace with insert, shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Laundry room (washing machine). First floor: Two bedrooms opening onto a balcony. One bedroom (one double bed, one single bed), one bedroom (one double bed, one cot). Bathroom (bath/WC). Mezzanine overlooking the relaxation area (two single beds). Air conditioning on the mezzanine level.
Electric heating is extra.

Access to the owner's above-ground swimming pool is available from 2 pm to 6 pm (June to August: 7.30 m diameter; 1.20 m deep). Moulins is 35 km away. Vichy, a spa town, is 28 km away.

The cottage's best feature: Bed linens and towels are provided. Firewood for the fireplace and barbecue is also included.
Introductory flights in a microlight aircraft: 50-minute flight for €90 and a complete tour of the vineyards (over 1 hour) for €120.
As microlights are by definition motorized ultralights, regulations impose a maximum weight limit of 90 kg.
Flights will only take place in good weather.

Heating and electricity are payable on site at the end of your stay.
