Large, partially enclosed, wooded grounds (2 hectares) with orchard, lawn, courtyard, 2 covered terraces, and barbecue. Children's play area. Mini-farm (1 donkey, pygmy goats and 1 Vietnamese pot-bellied pig, Ouessant and Cameroon sheep, chickens, geese, ducks...). All shops and services are available in Vallon-en-Sully and its SNCF train station (5 km), Cosne-d'Allier (15 km), and the Cher River, Berry Canal, and its greenway are 4 km away.

THE COTTAGE'S HIGHLIGHTS: Firewood - bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival.
