Ideal for groups looking to get together in central France, this large, detached house in Trézelles, Allier, has been renovated while preserving its authenticity with a few original touches. Located on the edge of a main road, it can accommodate up to 14 people. Between Vichy, Moulins, Le PAL amusement park, and the Montagne Bourbonnaise mountains, it is a perfect base for enjoying the activities the Allier region has to offer. Le PAL is 20 km away, and Vichy and Moulins are nearby. Hiking, fishing, and a lake are accessible within 1 km.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, 4 showers (including one for young children on the ground floor and a private shower in the "Wagon-Sleep" bedroom), and 3 toilets.
In an annex on the ground floor, there is a separate bedroom with a TV and private bathroom.

The house offers space and comfort for everyone in every season.

In summer: the cottage is air-conditioned, the water play area keeps children and adults cool, and the misting fans under the wisteria add a touch of charm to outdoor meals.
